Our group of 4 seniors stayed while enjoying some great snorkeling. We rented a boat from the Fish n Fun business on the island. It was very reasonable and a lot of fun.

The price was great, the property was nice. It was like a neighborhood of beautiful row houses. I would definitely stay in this resort area again and maybe one more night.

We had a great stay, the accommodations were wonderful. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of fishing or shopping down in Key West. The property owner was very responsive and available if needed. We hope to come visit again soon.

Ideally situated to explore the keys, loved the patio to take coffee in the morning. The bedrooms were a bit dusty and the upstairs could be renovated (especially the bathrooms).

We enjoyed it. Villa was perfect. Good location. We had our older kids staying in Marathon so we were in and out a lot. Would definitely recommend. Communication with Julio was perfect.

Great place our kids really loved it being in a resort. Right down the street from grassy key Marina where we were able to go out on the water. Would stay here again .

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience at this vacation rental! The moment we arrived I was captivated by the breathtakingly beautiful view. It felt like a dream waking up to such stunning scenery every morning. The amenities were top-notch, and as a coffee lover, I was thrilled to find a Nespresso machine ready to brew my favorite coffee. It added a delightful touch to my mornings, sipping on a freshly made espresso while enjoying the view. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and it immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was evident that the hosts take great care of the property, making it a home away from home. We came during lobster miniseason, and diving off the Duck Key bridge was so convenient. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. The combination of the stunning view, Nespresso coffee, cleanliness, and ideal location made my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

This place was clean and nice. Jacuzzi didnt work but water so hot in summer it didnr matter, it was clean and well kept, but water gets warm in summer! Patio outside really comfortable! We had an event in Marathon and did some meals there and felt this was a great location to stay to then go to Marathon. Beds were co fy and the other couple said they have not slept so well in a long time.. Cant really complain but 2 thinsg to note, bathroom on first floor very tight, lol cracked us up! And there are 16 stairs up to bedrooms, no bedrooms on first floor so you need to be able to do stairs. And that was all good with us. We would rent fromthem again!

Great location. Villa has a wonderful little patio and splash pool to sit back and relax in after a day of snorkeling and fishing.

Property as described but the coffee table was covered in sand. The handle on the shower in the master bath would not allow us to turn to cold water so the water was way too hot. Overall, the stay was fine.

We enjoyed staying here. Even though it was only for 2 nights. Property manager was very easy to get in touch with. House was very clean. It was nice that they provided soap, shampoo, dish soap and toilet paper. The only problem I had was we didn’t have enough towels. Only 4 were provided and we had 6 people. (villa sleeps 6.). Also parking was an issue when we came back later at night. We were not able to park very near our villa. We had to park aways away and walk. Which isn’t a big deal, but my suggestion would be to have 1 spot with the villa number for guests.

Property was excellent. The only thing holding back 5 stars was the cleanliness of the kitchen items - plates, utensils, glasses - had not been cleaned very well. We had to wash nearly everything before we used it.

We used the townhouse as home base as we traveled around the Keys for spring break. It was the perfect middle point location, and a great setup for us with 2 kids who could have their own beds. Biggest frustration was our son is a huge fisherman and they had access to the dock behind the unit closed so he couldn't fish whenever we were there relaxing. I assume that was something temporary so may not be a problem going forward.

The place was very comfortable, nice beds, clean and well furnished. The patio was pleasant with a view of the canal.

We did not realize that we could not use the facilities of the resort.

Very Posh area. Very beautiful! Middle keys is the place to stay! It’s the prettiest! This little key has such nice homes and the entire neighborhood is very clean! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!! Julio was great at answering questions and getting back to me.

Both bathrooms had turn knob water valves. There was no location of turning the knob to obtain warm water. They both were very warm and the hallway bathroom would let you turn to the left and get too cool a shower. The only other thing that would have been nice, is more than salt and pepper in the kitchen for the price of staying there. A real coffee maker as well.

Beautiful location and very quiet is the key here. I spoke to Julio a couple weeks prior to arrival who was very pleasant. And yes the fridge works, it's brand new. I would certainly stay here again.

We loved the town home. The description and pictures offered don't do it justice. I got a lott little nervous not hearing from the owner until I reached out the night before our stay, but everything was great and a smooth process. The cleaning lady they use is Wonderful too, she stopped by to clean the small pool while we were there. Only thing I would suggest is to let people know the amenities at the resort are not available to those renting the house. We were able to get in to get coffee but weren't able to use pools.

This was a very nice property! Clean and nicely furnished. The nearest grocery store is about 10 miles away so be sure and buy your foodstuffs before you arrive!

Wonderful location--such a charming condo complex--loved the winding sidewalks and dockage for walking. The condo has lots of potential--it's quiet, good layout and has a very relaxing patio. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The host is new to renting and has some things to smooth out. The fridge now works, the dishwasher is being fixed (door wouldn't open). The biggest problem was the absence of an easy to operate coffee maker. There is a DeLonghi espresso machine, which only makes single espresso, but no instructions and it had not been cleaned. When most people get up in the morning they just want easily obtainable coffee. In addition, I had to wash all the dinnerware and glassware we used as they all had the original stickers on them--in other words, had not been washed. As a result, I trusted nothing in kitchen and washed it all by hand before using. There really needs to be an instruction manual. An a chef's knife. I do think these are bugs that a new owner is trying to address. The owner was very responsive to any messages I sent him.

We enjoyed staying on Duck Key as a central spot to explore up and down the keys from. The resort was very quiet and relaxed and the home was immaculately cleaned. However, I can't rate this property higher as there were several issues with the house, communication, and amenities, some of which we expected as this was a newer listing, but many of which could have been improved just with a better description and clearer communication from the host to help manage expectations. 3 of the 5 major appliances were not working while we were there: the refridgerator, dish washer, and garbage disposal (which made it really hard to wash the dishes with the slow draining water). Supposedly someone had come to fix the fridge right before we arrived, but it was definitely still not working, and we received no communication about anything being done about it. The hot tub was also not initially working, but after messaging the host we did get vague instructions of where to look to turn it on, and we then figured it out ourselves. Also, be clear, the house has a 5x5 hot tub, not a "pool" as described in the listing. As the home is located in Hawk's Cay Resort, I assumed that the pool referred to in the description would be the resort pool, and having a pool was one of the primary reasons we booked this listing. We found out very quickly that we were not allowed to use ANY of the resort amenities (restaurants, pool, spa, tennis courts, etc) and they absolutely do not do day passes, so don't plan on that for your stay. You can use the outside services (dolphin group and snorkel/dive tour, who are great). The house does, however, use the resort wifi, which is absolutely terrible. It was not working for half of our stay and since it is the resort's, there is nothing to be done to fix it. This is likely the reason that a previous reviewer stated that the TVs don't work. We did figure out how to get the cable going (this could have been made much easier if the host had provided instructions and labeled the remotes, which were all mixed up), but you can't use the Fire TVs to watch shows at all because the wifi is so bad. Pretty much if we needed anything, we had to figure it out. There are no check in or check out instructions or guidelines provided at all. We had to find where to put the garbage on our own and figure out how to use the key pad lock, which made it easy to get in and out, but some instructions on how to use it would have been helpful.
