Derrick is a great person to rent from. Great communication throughout the whole stay

Quick stay at this beautiful place. It has been nicely decorated and was very comfortable. Check in and check out process was easy and the host was very helpful. The location to Greensboro was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was great and the host was super responsive. Wish there were more restaurants and shopping closer to the house but it’s an easy 10 minute drive to lots of dining options.

Stop over on way to the beach. Had a good nights sleep. Nice clean home

We stayed for a week while in town for dance nationals. The neighborhood looks a bit rough but the house is nice inside. However, there were multiple things broken or not working. The ice maker did not make ice. Remotes for two of 4 ceiling fans were missing so the fans in two of the bedrooms did not work and those rooms were hot and uncomfortable to sleep in at night. The other bedroom ceiling fan would only work at the highest speed. The handle for the storm door came off the first day we checked in (we fixed it with my allen wrenches I always keep in the car). We let the owner know and no one ever came out with the remotes to the fans nor did they address the ice maker so we bought ice to use all week. If they have a service that is supposed to make sure that spices (like salt and pepper), are stocked, they aren't doing a great job as there was no salt and pepper but other spices were present. The spices were not a huge issue (again, we bought what we needed), but the ice maker not functioning (and the filter on the fridge needs to be replaced, the change filter alert was on when we arrived), and the fans being not operational did make the stay less comfortable with respect to sleeping. It's a nice house but it does need some basic maintenance and attention.

We were in town dropping off my son at his first year of college. The home accommodated all of our needs and Derrick was very accommodating. The only thing I would say is that there isn’t a lot of restaurants or stores around so we had to drive a little ways, but would deter me from renting again.

The property eas perfect and was great for us for graduation. Thank you for understanding how excited we where. We would stay again

Great House, Outdoor space in back was great. Propane tank was empty so we couldn't grill. Out front it Seemed like a rough neighborhood, we never felt scared or in danger.
