Eingang und der Weg dort hin eine Katastrophe, vor allem bei Nacht. Schotter Steine und stolper Gras Teppich. Bewegungsmelder sind zwar da aber eher als Grablicht zu benutzen. Handwerker in allen Nachbarzimmer und Lärm bis spät in die Nacht rein. ( super Urlaubsfeeling ) Ausstattung sehr mangelhaft. Dreckig überall. Unfertig und schlampig. Übel modriger Geruch. Wenn schon Nachttische dann auch funktionell und nicht mit unpraktischer Dekolampe belegt. Plastik gemeinschafts Pool ( abgedeckt und dreckig) leider nicht benutzbar. In der Dusche kann man dann auch baden wenn man nicht aufpasst. Rohreiniger wäre angebracht. Anregung für die Küche.... ein bisschen mehr Besteck u normale Tassen, Mülltüten und Geschirrtuch fehlen, sowie Wasserkocher, Salz, Pfeffer und Zewa Tücher. Sonnenschirm solle auch ein neuer her.

The property's pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, was in a terrible state. The water was green and cloudy, and it turned out that the pump was broken, rendering the pool unusable. This made the stay even more disappointing. I contacted the landlord and requested compensation or the option to switch to another accommodation. They offered to let me check out and promised to refund my money. I accepted this offer and left the property immediately. However, all my problems have only escalated since then. The landlord is now refusing to refund my money, despite their earlier promise. I sought help from booking.com, through which I had made the reservation, but they have also been unable to resolve the issue or secure me compensation. I am now left without my money and without any form of justice. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking a stay at Vacance Nice vue mer panoramique. They have proven to be dishonest and deceitful, and they do not uphold their agreements. It is a disappointing and frustrating experience that I want to help others avoid. The view

Location was very difficult to get to. Buses didn't run later in the evening so had to pay for taxis home. Also not many buses on Sundays.

Beautiful view from terrace, comfy beds, big fridge and nice shared outside area with sun beds and table. Hosts were kind with in our check in time as we were delayed

The space was small for 5 of us, and the pool wasn’t as expected per the photo
