It was the perfect location, so close to the beach and with an amazing infinity pool. The cross breeze in the outdoor area was a nice surprise. All the beds were super comfortable and the house was well appointed. The elevator was a life saver for luggage and groceries. Being able to bring our dogs was icing on the cake. There was so much space in this house for everybody to spread out and it was very clean and comfy. We would love to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our multi-family group of 12, 7 Junket was a great choice. All bedrooms were very comfy and baths were very nice. The guest house with two bedrooms worked well for those who wanted to have a separate space - but could be a little noisy if the pool and covered patio were in use. The large table and grilling area under the portico was wonderful for late afternoon showers and food prep out of the sun. The huge kitchen is very well equipped with all appliances and gadgets.For a home and kitchen that size, two dishwashers would have been handy but it wasn't a problem. Two laundry rooms were a plus, and one is stocked with beach towels (wish we had known).The theatre room was enjoyed by the younger folks and is equipped with an icemaker - huge plus. The location was great and on an area of the beach that is not overly crowded. The only negatives were the light switches - never determined how to control the great room lights - a disposal that wasn't working properly, and the A/C for part of the home went out but was repaired within 24 hours. The pool deck itself is a little small for those who wanted to be in the sun but again, a minor detail. Island Time personnel were extremely responsive to questions and needs.

I have looked for many years for the perfect beach house and this one is it! The layout, the proximity to the beach, the movie theater, the workout room, the view, the separate guest house. It worked so well with our family and friends. We will be back!!

Fantastic property with every amenity, right on the beach. We had a party of 10, tons of space for everyone. Can't wait to book again for next year!
