Had a lovely stay , good location, housekeeper very welcoming and kind . Very clean , parking good , spacious.

Only negative the room was very light at night as the blinds are thin and street lights right outside .

A really straightforward walk into town and to the sea front. The apartments were clean and functional with a shared kitchen for convenience.

It would be useful to have a bedside table or shelf to put a drink or alarm clock on!

Booking.com did actually refund the money since it was double booked and we had nowhere to stay. They also did find an alternative for us

They had double booked the room so we had nowhere to stay. Booking.com never paid the 41 pounds balance on the new accommodation that they said they would. They just ignored every time I sent the paid invoice

Location perfect for town and beach Tom was really helpful and replied to messages really quickly Nice little property

Not applicable really as we didn’t check in until late. Got back to the room about 11pm and we left by 9.30am

I had a great night at the ocean apartment. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities were lovely!

Booked very last minute but the communication about access and parking was great. We were in room 5 which was large, higb quality and clean. Really great value for money.

I would have preferred the ground floor, because of my disability I struggled with the stairs. On the picture it showed number one so this is what I thought we were having. It should show the actual room and the floor it's on. The kettle in the room is still attached to the plug making it awkward to fill in the sink. The bed was shoved into a corner pocket making it awkward for myself and my husband, we had to get up in the night and switch the bedding about so that we were sleeping the other way round. It would have been better if the TV was in that corner and the bed was where the TV was. We were unable to figure out the coffee machine, no instructions and the cappuccino only gave milk and no coffee so we gave up.
