The hotel was very clean.The service was excellent. No long waiying on anything.

I had a rental car and a GPS - inspite of which the property is not easy to find as it is in a small lane away from the main road and is easy to miss. I reached around 9PM and they had a very limited menu selection in the restaurant. There are other places within a short drive of this place but I was surprised that they did not have a more elaborate selection to offer - this was true for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are a bit of a hike from the reception area and the staff made no attempt to help me with my bags (you are walking across a grass lawn, so wheels don't matter). There is a laid back attitude - which is fine but certain things need to be disclosed to the guests - such as what number to use to call reception (the standard "0" does not work) or if you want housekeeping to take care of your room. WIFI was spotty at best - I had to complain to the management and they had no solution other than to restart the system with the same spotty result - it would drop and then re-connect and then drop..... so if you are trying to work that will not happen here.

This was my first stay at Kariwak and it was perfect! The property is serene, beautiful and well maintained and rooms are clean. Extra special thanks to the wonderful staff - everyone was so attentive and made me feel so welcome.

at first i thought it would have been boring, but as it turns out it was very relaxing and i felt at peace which is what we were looking for

Good place but expensive for the location,good environment and staff. No TV in the room, no shampoo, conditioner , coffee or body lotion. Make sure to bring your own! Good healthy breakfast.

The experience was an enjoyable one. All staff were easy to talk to and requests were quickly filled. The food was the best I’ve had from any given hotel I’ve stayed at in Tobago. We got early an check-in and a late check-out without any issues. This is my benchmark for a Tobago stay. I’ll be returning here soon.

The grow their own vegetables. My wife is a vegetarian so she was very happy.

There was notting that i did not like everything was just wonderful i will go baçk again and again and will tell my friends and family.

Very next and relaxing. Facilities are a bit dated, but everything is clean, comfortable, and in good working condition. Staff is great, as is the dining.

Kariwak has a great tropical ambience that is surprisingly hard to find in other hotels or BnBs in Tobago. It’s a nice simple place that’s fits all the criteria of a quiet relaxing getaway.

Friendly, authentic, real taste of the culture and very polite staff. Shower didn’t have hot water though.

Beautiful gardens fabulous food all close to beach and airport

Family owned hotel, very clean, lovely food and delightful staff. The free daily shuttle bus to Pigeon Point was a nice touch. Beach towels provided daily if required. Close to the airport (that close we walked to the hotel)' but aircraft noise is not intrusive. Would highly recommend if holidaying in Tobago.

Loved the well kept gardens. They grow food that’s used in the delicious meals. Great use of the land!

A little disappointment as the pool was empty was soon made up for as we were given a room in the "garden" area. This was, quiet, secluded and a haven for birds.

Nice hotel close to popular beaches. Breakfast was great and the shuttle to popular areas was most welcomed.

I loved the wonderful garden filled with birds, the hidden jacuzzi, the cottages and the decor. Very rustic and peaceful.

The Hotel was everything that I expected. The location is convenient to Crown Point and Pigeon Point Beach, graciously sized rooms, well priced, healthy and hearty breakfast is included, yoga classes included, airport and beach shuttle service is included, warm ozone pool and a Jacuzzi, beautifully landscaped grounds, and massage services are available. Toiletries are not included in the rooms (only soap).

I don’t usully leave reviews but needed to for this place. From check-in to check-out, Kariwak took fantastic care of us. A quiet place in the heart of Crown Point, with beautiful well maintained landscapes. The breakfast options were great, the rooms were clean and everything worked! Staff were very polite & helpful which if you know Tobago, unfortunately isn’t always the case. We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely be returning. THANK YOU KARIWAK TEAM!

Lovely hotel. We had a garden room and it was lovely and quiet. A little way from reception and the main pool which was a little busier. We really liked the jacuzzi pool and had that and the garden to ourselves. It’s a really easy walk to and from the airport even with luggage. We ate lunch there one day - very tasty. Breakfast was good but a little bit slow - just accept you’re in the Caribbean and go with the flow. Was really pleased we picked this hotel and would stay again. Whilst it’s very close to the airport you didn’t really notice it as it’s not in the flight path and it’s not a busy airport.

Nicely laid out and delicious food. Lovely pool. Really liked the yoga classes but wish there were a few more SPA indulgences available. tha staff was friendly and eager to please.

I really enjoy my stay in Kariwak. Food was great and tasty. Room was clean and nice. Girl in front desk help me lot with my trave back to Trinidad so thanks for that! Only complain is for people who was suppose to call taxi for me at night. He didn't do that before i get angry and ask me to borrow my phone to him because he didn't have credit. I think in big hotel they have plenty of phones.. but I was in time in ferry. Everything else in Kariwak was better than I expect :)

Kariwak is a very nice secluded location in Crown Point. I experienced delays with the check in/out process, however the service overall was excellent. The facilities seem well maintained and breakfast was excellent.

More like staying at someone’s home than a hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was the best we ate in Tobago during our visit. Truly a fantastic experience and accommodation.

Relaxing place to stay with everything you need to unwind. Food is particularly good, compared with most other meals in Tobago - healthy, fresh and delicious. Waterfall jacuzzi and hammock area very restful. Love the eco touches including biodegradable shampoo bottles and energy saving light bulbs.
