The property itself was on its surface decent and well-located near the beach.

We were awakened at 4AM by a smoker who set off the fire alarm throughout the hotel. Our young son was terrified and couldn’t fall back to sleep for hours. The water wasn’t working when we were startled awake because a pipe burst and the lobby flooded and remained so the rest of our stay. The manager of the hotel- Will Finnerty- did comp us an extra night to try to compensate for it. That night, the desk clerk also offered us a late check out at 12:30PM the next day which we confirmed with him multiple times. However, the next morning after being out to meet a friend, we were locked out of our room at noon. When we told the new desk clerk- TOM- that we had until 12:30, he agreed. Yet, he then told the cleaning crew to take stuff out of our room and put it on the front desk before we had a chance to retrieve it. This included an expensive medical device which they had no right to touch and had to be sterilized with great effort afterward. Not only was Tom extremely rude and unapologetic about what he did, but chastised me when I tried to clean the machine in their lobby since they locked us out of the room early. This stay was ruined by their awful incompetence, lack of communication and complete unprofessionalism. I reported what happened to Wyndham Resorts who said I’d hear back from them within a week. After hearing nothing when a week passed, I contacted Wyndham who insisted

Breakfast was poor. Powdered eggs were available only 1 day out of 3. Limited options. Same thing each day.

The breakfast needs improvement, not having ongoing construction above my room would be nice.

The staff was wonderful! The water bottle filling station was amazing- so useful!!! Breakfast was good. We had lots of fun at the pool and used the fire pit too. Beds were even comfy!

We came with a baseball team, we had to leave the hotel at 6:30am - which is also when Breakfast started. We requested to have it available a bit early so we could actually eat. The staff when we checked in said it wouldn't be a problem and the first morning it wasn't. The wonderful lady had food out and our kids were able to eat. That night, another baseball team checked in and had a MAJOR party in the lobby, the pool area, AND the fire pit. All areas were unusable to anyone else. My guess is they made such a mess that the next morning we were punished by not making breakfast available. We were told "corporate wouldn't allow it." If that was the truth, shame on corporate for refusing to serve guests what they paid for!! If that was a cover, shame on hotel management for not shutting down the previous nights "party" and punishing the wrong group! We were asked to not host any meetings in the hotel lobby and we followed that directive. Our boys were polite and families were respectful of the staff and property.

Very clean, convenient location

Breakfast was scheduled until 9:30. Food was gone at 9:00. I expected it to be dwindling by then but eggs, bacon, pancake batter, bagels were gone. Reported refrigerator noise on room. Loud motor all night.
