Old, needs an update. Smells like humidity and rooms are very old fashioned.

The property has a bar and restaurant on site. The property is also located in a safe area.

Everything was perfect

The price was decent and the drive to downtown Detroit was not bad.

The bed was too firm, the wall/ceiling in the shower looks like it's starting to mildew, and the wall by the bed was damaged. Our towels sat outside our door all day and we're still there the next morning when we were checking out. Lastly, you were fully booked (15 floors) and 2 of your elevators were not working. It was horrible waiting so long for an available elevator to get to the 10th floor.

Checked in on Thursday And checked out on Tuesday… the room and restroom was never cleaned. Had to ask for towels. Cups were not replaced. Poor housekeeping service!

this property was pretty run down. we had no fridge in room. one had to be brought in. two remotes didnt work. bathroom was so small i could barely fit. the neighborhood was not what i remembered Southfield to be. i was wary of being outside. reunion and wedding first night. no peace and quiet at all. too much for what i had. waiting for $100 deposit for incidentals which has not been returned. i wonder how long that will take.

came for my birthday party I got to my room my keys would not work to get in my room.I parked in the back.I was 2 in the morning asked staff if I can get a key I had to use the bathroom and my shoes were off.My I'd was in my car asked could she look my id since they take a picture of your id when you check in she said her system was down so she didn't know who I was.So had to talk to my car in the back when I shut the door it locked me out the hotel I had to walk all the way from the back of the hotel to the front .Mean while her and security was sitting at front desk chilling she didn't bask him to walk with me or anything so I could get back in.She tired to argue with me instead of helping me when I got back she said her system was back up. She was very unprofessional and rude . Bathroom are small not and room in there at all.Not much to watch on TV.No microwave in room one in lobby barely heated your food up
