Nice place, but not much is included with the room. Breakfast is $20/person (didn't check it out, so maybe it's worth it). Also, WiFi was not free, which was surprising for such a nice place. I've never been to a hotel without free wifi.

The lady in the front desk is not very helpful and very not accommodating. I just forgot to get her name but if you are working in the front desk you should know how to have the best/excellent customer’s service.

The property is so beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel inside. I didn't enjoy having to pay for parking each night. One night it rained and the parking deck was flooded. It was a covered deck so I'm not sure how it flooded so deep. I drove a Jeep and had to step in a deep puddle to get into my jeep. There was no other way around it. My shoes and socks were soaked! Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would return.

The rooms were missing things...no where in room to put soiled towels and wash cloths....I was double charged when i checked in....I recieved no continnental breakfast....My birthday was september 1, 2024...I came to this hotel for my birthday

Was an absolute train wreck. AC wouldn't get the room below 70 degrees but Andrea at the front desk was beyond helpful. Definitely wouldn't stay there again. The pool was pretty gross and food for my fiance, daughter and I for dinner was 80 plus just for a couple burgers and dry chicken strips.... Breakfast was good and maybe if you're a business person this would be suitable but definitely a bit disappointed. Overall we tolerated it and it's pretty nice on the inside but this is the first hotel I've been in in 20 years and just definitely not worth the 240 dollars a night they wanted. Due to the issue with the AC we received half of thanks to Andrea but the male supervisor definitely got extremely defensive about the issues and questioned me alot about why I didn't contact management which I did and the maintenance engineer told me everything was working properly so maybe close the windows to see if it would cool the room and it didn't. It raised the temp. Luckily we had a fan from camping and we had that to use. Overall nice neighborhood. If you are a family find something different this is definitely not the best for that type of stay.

Stayed for my son’s birthday weekend. Room was nice was great and spacious. Pool and hot tub where not cleaned the best and always having to ask for towels. Saturday morning front desk lady was rude I paid for breakfast credit for Saturday and Sunday morning, this was verified when I checked in Friday afternoon. Went and got drinks Saturday morning and the lady told I used up my credit I said yes for today I need my card back for tomorrow credit and she told me no you get anything else. She was the only rude one everyone else was great. Room service was nice and even the housekeepers, when I asked for just a few extra towels. For the price I paid I felt the pool could have been better and more options to grab something quick with my credit, but won’t be a hotel I stay at again. Sunday morning my 9 year old was woken up to a large drink half naked party not pleased with that, not the way he should wake up for his 9th birthday.
