Needs a new toaster everything else was great

Entire space covered in dog hair. Vacuum full of dog hair. Dog beds & toys in room when it was made clear we had NO dogs. Next door couple left their dog barking in the bathroom every day until 10:00 PM! People upstairs left their dog outside on the balcony to bark! & shed like crazy! Tried to engage in conversation…not interested. The office was frequently closed, and a couple of staff weren’t interested in much of anything. Including watching an old man let his dog poop in front of the office every day! We were there 2 weeks. The exact amt of coffee filters (14) were left on the counter to end up flat! So difficult to use. How silly to count exact amount. Had to buy coffee. It would have had to be in the room if it was rented on daily basis, so at least cover amt of days I’m staying. This is the first place we weren’t able to get coffee for the duration of our stay. Heater didn’t work. Girl came from office, had to keep the cover off & squeeze hose for gas!!! Forget it! She had no idea what was wrong. Said someone came & fixed it a while ago. NOT! Bathroom fan was so very loud! Thought the whole thing was going to come down! Again…girl at office had no idea what to do! Upstairs fan had same problem. Had to listen to that all times of day! Thank goodness we’re not the kind of people that fold in stressful times! We went on to enjoy our vacation. We know now that this place was way too expensive for what you get & have to endure! We’ll NEVER stay here again or recommend it!

This cute little condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It was clean and well appointed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a king bed in the one bedroom that was not as comfy as it should have been, but not terrible. There was a sleeper sofa in the living room,but we didnt use that. The view was wonderful!! Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property!

Very relaxing! Awesome place to hide out and enjoy the coast. Was a little sandy on the floor and the toaster needs to be replaced! (Who needs coffee when you can be exilerated by a small toaster fire?) Overall an excellent stay. We will stay again.

The mattress's are awful. The pull out couch bed was awful to try & sleep on. The pillows could use an upgrade too. Our second bathroom was not working/no toilet under maintenance. Dishwasher didn't clean the dishes had to be done by hand. Other than all that we enjoyed our time on the beach, close access and nice weather.

We had a good time but' the the room smell like dogs and We were never able to connect to the wifi or if it connects it says connected without internet. That was a little frustrating because we were not able to watch Netflix or anything that needed the wifi. Overall we had fun.

Before discussing the room. I want to acknowledge the phone and email communication from the staff. Super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed for out stay. The room is spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We did not hear neighboring tenants it was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing my wife wished was different was that the pool water was warmer. My family loved the stay, and we were sad to leave. We hope to return here hopefully on a more regular basis. Thank you so so much!!!

Loved this location and condo. Great view from 3rd floor but not easy getting luggage upstairs. A good workout to burn off extra vacation calories! Just enough room for our family of 3.
Condo was clean and main bed comfortable but the Hide a bed has the classic bar under the mattress making it impossible to sleep on without an air mattress. If you plan to cook, bring a pan or 2, condo pans are old with chipping Teflon.
Would absolutely book again. Was hard to leave the beautiful coastal weather and go home to high desert heat.

I am disappointed with our stay. The whole room smells, the 2nd bathroom looks like it is under construction, the door doesn’t lock all the way unless you hold it and internet was really slow.

Great location, nice complex. Room had everything we needed, great view of the ocean. Don’t stay here if you need to use the pullout couch; it’s very uncomfortable, has lots of lumps and folds in. I ended up sleeping on the floor with the pad. I would recommend staying here if you only have 2 people, no more.

My 10-year old daughter and I stayed for 5 nights in a second floor condo. We loved our time there and will definitely be staying at Surftides Plaza again, in the future. It felt like being at home. My daughter’s favorite part was playing in the pool, my favorite part of the trip was listening to the ocean from the balcony and seeing the ocean view. We LOVED how close the condo was to the beach! Things that weren’t great were: the dryers in the laundry room were inefficient and I had to hang our clothes up to dry, the couch in the living room of our condo was hard and uncomfortable, our condo was hot and stuffy with no air flow, our neighbors were noisy and didn’t follow the quiet hours, and carrying our luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs was difficult. Overall, we had a relaxing trip and loved staying there. Next time, I will choose a more kid-friendly room;but, we will definitely be staying there again. :)

Our place had a lot of dog hair. My 2 year old is really allergic to dogs. We had to purchase allergy pills. So it wasn’t to much fun having to worry about and staying up all night with her.

It was perfect for our family road trip. Hear the ocean all night and morning was so beautiful and peaceful!! Can’t wait to come back again!! Everything from the game room and the pool was perfect for the kids. Room was great helpful to cook for ourselves at times so we aren’t eating out all the time.

The pool guy wouldn't let anyone into the pool until 9:15AM and proceeded to be the rudest person to the guests. He wouldn't even let me put down my towels and phone before he was yelling at me to shower before getting into the pool. He also harassed guests about using the hot tub for several minutes.

Loved the view of the ocean & the room was very comfortable and quiet. However, the oven in the kitchen should be replaced. It is outdated and it’s also a fire hazard. Other than that, we will be making reservations again the next time we visit Lincoln City. Check in and check out is so easy. We loved the key code lock system on the doors. The Surftides Condos is now one of our favorite places that we have stayed at over the years of visiting the Oregon coast.
