Our quite large family group had a great week at this home--this was our 2nd stay in two years. Communication with the hosts was easy and responses were always prompt. The 6 bedrooms fit us very well, having the beach (and all the provided beach equipment) right outside the door was perfect. Also, we spent a lot of quality time in the pool. The kitchen equipment (and all the extra towels!) provided was very helpful, and the location close (but not too close) to the town of Cocoa Beach made it easy to get around, but to still feel like we had our own private beach. We would definitely stay again!

Three generations of family together for a week is great. Do at a beach house with heated pool and it becomes priceless. We loved all of the outdoor seating options - sun, shade, in a group, by yourself, by the pool, listening to the ocean. There was something for everyone. Same goes for indoor options - the entire family together in the living/great room or off by ourselves. The countertop between the dining room and kitchen was perfect for setting out dinners and letting everyone build their own plates. We ate outside every night which made clean up especially convenient. Reached out to the owners from the airport inquiring about coming back next year.

Everything about this experience was great from the beginning to the end. The property is exactly as described and Fran and Dom are very responsive to any needs you may have. The house is situated so that it can be enjoyed either in the front or the back depending on weather and wind conditions. Bedrooms are large and we had plenty of room for pack and play cribs in two of them. The pool was wonderful and temp was bumped up a little due to cold air temperatures. Master bedroom is magnificent with gorgeous ocean views. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Top notch, all around. The location is even better than advertised. The beach is yards away, with numerous restaurants and grocery stores needing just a short drive. The house itself was perfect for a large group with two master bedrooms, a gigantic hang area, big dining room, and large pool. The pool and foosball tables were also great, but the amount of quality gear for the beach (tents, umbrellas, chairs, games, etc.) made the stay that much more enjoyable. Responsiveness of host during stay was also very quick. They even delivered an ironing board to us when we couldn’t find one in the house. A family vacation we won’t forget!

We stayed for a week at this property with our family, a total of 14 people. The property was perfect for us. Beach in front is fantastic, and the lay out of house gave us plenty of room to be together or split up into smaller groups. The home is very well appointed with necessities, toys, and gear. Fran the host is great, we plan to go back next year.

We just got back from a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront home has everything that was needed for a family group of 13/14 ( using the bunk beds).. Lots of beach accessories, toys, chairs, boogie boards ect were easily found in the garage. Beautiful pool for night swimming or when the little ones got tired of being tossed by the waves. Lots of regular towels and beach towels were available to use and a first floor washer and dryer nearby made it easy to wash and reuse. The listing was on target - 2 bedrooms upstairs and 4 downstairs.; 2 Tv's ( living room and bunk room) We were also very fortunately to see 3 night time launches! We contacted the owner several times both before and during our visit and they were always prompt and helpful in their communication, could not have asked for more. If we come to this area again, we would definitely stay there.

The only disappointment was only having 2 TVs in the entire house. It can be refreshing or relaxing to able to watch tv before bedtime in your personal bedroom. Fantastic beach amenities, family games and decor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host were amazing making sure we had everything we needed. All you need to bring is your bathing suits.

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our sons retirement from the Navy. All I can say is Beautiful house, Beautiful location! We had fun in the pool and at the beach. The house was clean and comfortable! Loved it and highly recommend. Fran and Dom are wonderful hosts and respond very quickly about anything! Our family had a wonderful stay. This is great house right on the beach. The owners had everything available and were easy to contact during our stay. We also enjoyed watching launches from the backyard and relaxing in the pool. We highly recommend this house if looking for a place to enjoy the lovely Cocoa Beach.

Let me just start by saying that we enjoyed this property so much that we’ve already booked again for next year. It’s a beautiful, immaculate, well maintained home with a beautiful view. Elegant comfort. There is very easy access to the beach and a pool large enough for our whole family to enjoy. Everything that we needed was provided. There is enough entertainment to keep the children busy. The kitchen is very well stocked, which is rare in a rental beach home. The owner is the sweetest and readily available to answer any questions. I could go just on and on. I can’t think of one negative thing to say.

This property has everything you need to enjoy your week at the beach! Perfect backyard looking straight out at the beach, cornhole, outdoor seating was amazing, grill for your outdoor cooking while looking at the waves! We never had to leave (only for the groceries) My family (11 of us) will be back!

Beautiful beach front home with everything you could possibly need. Great fun in the sun at the beach and relaxing swimming pool. The Host were very accommodating and helpful. We cannot wait to visit again.

I can’t say enough good things about this property or the hosts. We were a group of 13 kids and adults and we didn’t need a thing beyond our suitcases. We found colouring sheets for our toddler, beach toys galore, sun shades, plethora of towels, we didn’t need to add anything to what was there. The hosts responded to any questions we had prior to check in and were so thoughtful throughout our stay. This home is truly a privilege to stay in. Thank you Dom and Frannie, you made connecting with our family around the world again absolutely seamless. We are all very grateful for you kind hospitality and thoughtful details.

This house fit our large family perfectly--room for everyone! Plenty of beds, bonus pack n play, extra cots, very well supplied kitchen. Beautiful, quiet location on a beautiful beach, within sight of rocket launchings! We watched one in the middle of the night--so cool. The kids especially loved the pool and the putting green. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. A wonderful time was had by all.

Loved, Loved our time at this amazing Beach Front Property! From first seeing the welcome sign before we even entered the home, we knew it was going to be fabulous! You can't beat the view from the master bedroom & upstairs deck! Not a bad "office" option for my husband! Everything was really clean! The grounds are beautifully maintained with loads of space inside and out for large groups to gather either as one or into smaller subsets. Having the pool was a big plus! Especially on windy days as the way it's fenced & located its a perfect alternative.. The house is very well laid out ~ as long as your "kids" (those planning to be in the bunk bed room with the only other television besides the great room TV) don't mind that their "windows" are into the hallway and being in a room that is the pass through to one of the queen bedrooms (there is another way in though by going through the bathroom). It was totally fine for our 16-19 year olds, and it would be great for say parents with young children, as well. I just didn't fully understand the layout when I looked at the pictures. But it worked out really well for us. The Great Room with the huge very user friendly Television coupled with THE most comfortable couch that easily seated 10 plus people! Or 5 folks wanting to lay down for a nap/movie. The kitchen is very well stocked, as is the garage with the pool & beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/wagon etc.! I think the only minor edits might be to add at least 1 more King size bed, we almost didn't book it as we had 3 couples, two of which are very tall. Thanks so much for having us!

Everything was well kept and clean and the location was excellent. The place was very spacious .

This was the perfect vacation rental! Highlights we loved most: Location - Excellent. Right on the beach, and a 20 min walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, Disney and airport within an hour drive. The home is gated, so we felt very safe. Communication - Fran and Dom were very responsive, whether it was via text or email. Check in and check out was seamless. Accommodations - The house was very clean, and their attention to detail was impressive. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking utensils, paper and cleaning products. And when we asked about a blender, a brand new one was delivered within 24 hours. Large dining table for family gatherings, and TV, 2 sectionals and a pool table on 1st floor. All the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, and plenty of towels. Washer and Dryer were in great condition, and detergent was provided. Outdoor area - Plenty of areas to lounge and visit, both in front of the house with the pool, and the back area with the gas grill, table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, and putting green. Beach gear - Beach chairs, towels, toys, floaties all provided! BIG thanks to Fran and Dom for sharing your home with us!

House is beautiful and full of too many amenities to list. Had a great time at the beach and spent many days in the pool. House in close enough proximity to theme parks, and other great attractions. Would definitely return to this house in the future if it's available.

We really want to give Frannie and Dom 10 stars--maybe more! They have provided the best ever Cocoa Beach experience! Everything we could want or need was there--absolutely no issues with anything--beautiful furnishings, decor, amazing kitchen, beautiful layout for 8 adults and two children (crib and high chair provided)! Foosball, bocce ball, putting green, cornhole, chairs, umbrellas--they have literally thought of everything. We will definitely return--hoping no one else discovers this Cocoa Beach gem--one in a million!!
