The property looked like it had been robbed! Nothing was in the house! No pictures on the wall, no furniture to sit on, grass needed mowed… the house was vacant. They left a key in the mailbox, this is how we gained entry. Still waiting on a refund. We had to leave and stay at the Holiday Inn.

Upon arrival, I was skeptical about the neighborhood, but it turned out to be fine. The landscaping pictures were not the same as online. Someone came and just did the bare minimum on cutting the yard, literally. The door had no deadbolt on it and it looked like someone was tampering with the lock in the laundry room. The window was left cracked in that same room. I discovered all of this because I wanted to ensure that my family was SAFE! LITTLE DID WE KNOW, but we should have known that something was sketchy when passcode was similar to ABCDEFGH!! I asked the host abou the key that was souposed to be left in the mailbox but she said the last tenants lost the keys. She had a man to come and fix the deadbolt, BUT this was only the beginning of the testimony. My family and i decided to go to the beach, but when we arrived at the house, THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE WAS AT THE PROPERTY!! IN short he stated that NOONE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE IN HIS HOUSE. To avoid defamation of charater, I will not elaborate, but she knows because I tried reaching out to her and she decided NOT TO RESPOND WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE ALLIGATIONS. I called VRBO and nothing has been done. NO ACCOMMODATIONS OR anything. I dont know what else to say, but one thing for sure is you better be careful, ESPECIALLY when you have young precious children who you are responsible for. I feel terribly violated and I wouldn't wish this for ANYONE!! The owner alleges that the host is using his property w/out his blessin

Well kept roomy home in nice neighborhood, 2 blocks from Gulfstream Casino/Racecourse. Easy access off I-95. All amenities included, pet friendly, huge backyard and nice patio. All ready booking for next year! We had a wonderful stay here and the host was exceptional.

home was not available and no one communicated that lack of access until the day before we were supposed to occupy. Terrible communication.

Very clean and professional

Adorable house right near all kinds of things in town! The house is even bigger on the inside with a nice backyard which was a wonderful surprise! We came to Miami to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and we all had a blast. House is very clean and beds are very comfy! I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to come stay at your property!
