the apt was clean and neat. located on the beach. beautiful views. Mirna was great!

only 1 thing ...I didnt care for having to use elevator, thru lobby, to parking..20 mins, to get that done..besides that..wonderful.

Vanesa was very nice and explained all I needed.

The publication said it had two rooms and the pictures in the publicacion are from 2 different apartments which makes it very confusing.

A stranger walked in without knocking. apologized at mistake. Two men knocking at door using key codes telling us that they had booked room too. We slept with door bolted and chair against door. Upon arrival: I was told I did not have reservations. Not directed to the host by staff. I called booking.com staff and was directed on what to do. The front desk refused to help. After I left the property, the rep agent called us back and guided us to room access Check in and check out horrible. stood in line >60 minutes to check out. Service area for check out in the back of building-- only one person at window taking all guest requests.

We payed 100$ For the parking 11 days, 30$ for magnit. Beach services need to pay, but everything are in the apartment (umbrella and other staff).

the condo building itself is out of dated and had the very thin wall so we heard the people talked, laughed at 3 am. the ants attacked from the day one to the last day- my whole loaf of cranberry & walnut had to throw away to the trash.. the office of the tides had to change their attitude- no greetings at all .. so mean.. the each floor has two of the washers and the dryers and sometimes, we had to come back and forth until the one is available.. it wasn’t fun after the long day at the beach We thought we are in the college dormitory again because of the condo has so many DON’T DO THIS and THAT policy.. frustrated

I did like that it was on the beach.

Very misleading. The boardwalk is a good hour walk down the beach, would be ok if you didn't have small children. We do. There was some kind of pills in a plastic bag we found in location, when we brought that up, I was made to feel as if they didn't believe me. This was alarming to have a 3 year old there, and find drugs in apartment. We had to clean and search through everything before relaxing, but it was on the back of my mind the entire time. You had to wear a mask at all times or face a $100 fine each time. Did not say there was a parking fee. Only gave us one fob to get into building, so we were restricted with coming and going. The service door fob reader was broken so we had to wait to be buzzed in every time. Restaurant on site is more like a little store with a deli in it. All in all it is poorly advertised. I will say the owner of apartment knows how to decorate, it was very beautiful inside, and view was great. With that being said, couches although beautiful, we very uncomfortable.

Almost nothing everything was perfect

The 15th floor apartment was very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic!!! Towels, blankets, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were provided. Bedroom was huge and had a KING size bed that was very comfy. Kitchen had basic dishware and utensils. Laundry facility was right down the hall and there's a rechargable card in the apt that you can add money to for the washers and dryers. Staff were very helpful and friendly!! The 2 large pools were nice and the facility was clean as well as the grounds. Communication with owner was quick and she was willing to help with everything. Vanessa met us in the parking lot and assisted in getting us checked in at the office and into the condo. There are carts available at the front desk to borrow to bring in groceries if you have a bunch (you leave your license and get it back when you return the cart) We had a GREAT vacation and I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Only complaint is parking costs $55 a week to park in the lot, fobs to get in and around the facility costs $20 each (non-refundable) and you need $20 CASH for the parking pass for your car (refundable upon checkout). The office doesn't open until 9am and you can't check out properly until then. We had to wait around for an hour when we were trying to get to the airport early. (Things we weren't advised of ahead of time is all)
