First off, this is a cute little property! It's decorated beautifully, and close to Disneyland and the beach. If you have infants and small children, they have a cute little crib in the master bedroom and even a baby bathtub to accommodate you. I took off a few stars because when we got there the place had a strange smell and there were tons of mosquitoes and fruit flies flying around. We had to go to Walmart and get some raid and mosquito repellent. My kids still got bit a few times. Also, the sheets had hairs on them and looked dirty so I had to wash all the sheets before we all went to bed. The bottom bunk bed in the children's room has a large urine stain on it which grossed my son out and he didn't want to sleep there. The shower head in the children's bathroom is also broken so they had a hard time using it. I think the place just needs a little maintenance and a really good cleaning job. There were also brown, what I hope was chocolate stains all over the walls, couch, and light switches. I went through the whole place with Clorox wipes and cleaned it the best I could. I was just frustrated because I was tired from traveling all day and literally had to clean the place up to get it suitable for my family. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The drive to Disneyland and john Wayne is short. We enjoyed how child friendly the home was for our 2 year old. It is a very safe rental.

I expressed my thoughts about the issues regarding cleanliness to the owner. There were caked on handprints on the glass door and trash can that I had to wipe off, floors were not cleaned. My children’s feet were dirty and the couch was dingy. Also, a bottle under the bedroom upstairs. The owner asked for a 5 start review but only offered for cleaning services to come when we arrived. What good would that have done? We just got in and settled and my kids were tired from the drive. Perhaps a better option to address these issues would be, a small percentage of the sellers fees taken off the bill, or a dinner certificate/door dash credit to a local restaurant? The seller didn’t even reply back to me, therefore I left a low star rating. Also, they advertised a different looking stroller than the one at the home. So if you’re planning to use the double stroller featured in the listing, I advise you rent one instead. What he provided was a cheap and terrible one, it was so hard to maneuver two children.

The property is as advertised and very clean. Parking and location to many activities was a bonus. This is a new property and I sent several suggestions to the property owner that will help result in future 5 star ratings.

The location was secured which is something we look for and came with gated parking . The rooms were spacious and well equipped. It was nice having 2 master suites. Would have appreciated a TV in both rooms...only one room had a tv. Overall was very nice place. I recommend this place and book again in the near future.
