No breakfast got there

Bathroom not clean. No drinking water supplied. No chair in the room, we have to ask for one. No waste basket in the room. No parking there. We have to park the car in the road side.

It is budget friendly and the staffs were cooperative

The rooms were just ok...but had to interchange rooms as the the air condition was not properly maintained. Neighbours were not friendly..

Hotel Staff is responsive especially MR Muthukumaran.

I have booked this hotel looking at the ratings but it's total contrast.People who run this business should understand that customers satisfaction is more important which inturn reflects ratings. They should seriously look in to below 1 Cleanliness - Room was in pathetic condition,Pillow covers and bedshhets were used ones and they were not washed 2 No handwash in room.Is this a big ask? 3 Maintainence is poor.It doesn't look like a new property as the maintainence is too bad. 3 Rooms are not cleaned at all. If they feel that they can survive like this for long with out rectifying their mistakes they would see the inevitable.
