The front desk was disaster , impolite, rude , cancelled my reservations instead of me calling earlier and saying I will come late and next day took the money inspite of not spending the night there

Terrible hotel. Room was dirty, splatter on walls and ceiling, garbage on floor (see plum seed), dirty bathroom, dirty wiped mirror and television. Sheets were missing on one bed. Smell of pot in the hallway. Missing half of the snap over door latch. Definitely will not be going to a Red Roof Inn again.

Could not check in due to internet issues. Police in lobby questioning people. Another customer showed pictures of mold in bathroom and toilet not bolted to floor before checking out himself. I left before checking in due to poor service (front desk staff announced check in computer down then left the front desk without giving estimate of return) and fear of poor hotel stay.

I will be staying every Thursday at this hotel the desk assistant was very friendly and respectful I will continue my stay here every week till febuary

I had to leave the property, it has a horrible odor, there was trash in my room, the toilet was not cleaned. It smell as if they have a dead body in the floor or something in bad condition for many days. The only good thing was the guy at the reception who accept to refund me most of my money

I went in to the hotel but noticed that it seemed like a drug/hooker/crack head location. I could not stay there.
The person at the front desk was wonderful and allowed me to cancel my stay. This was the worst condition hotel I have ever seen. So dirty, so nasty, looked like a storied hooker hotel. But the service guy was super kind and excellent.

The room itself was fine. Fairly recently remodeled, and the mattress was excellent. But the hotel grounds and common area were not very well-maintained. The hotel also seem to be full of Transient type people, Many of whom were smoking marijuana. There are many people who possibly would not feel safe in this environment.

The front entrance was access to use . Myself n my husband had to use the side door entrance to gain lobby entrance . The room tub water didn’t go down so myself couldn’t shower after my husband (( had go to in-laws house to freshen up ))) .. there was shower gel in the or shampoo in the bathroom . The room air smelled like a damp sour mop . Moist in the air . Then police showed up for another guest saying she was kidnapped . The shelter have Red Cross guest living there . Overall I want a quick stay but I see u get what you pay for ! So my first n last at a red roof inn !!

Someone opened our door in the middle of the night. When we called the front desk they told us the system did not recognize our room. If we didnt have the deadbolt on the door who knows what could've happened.

Bright light outside the room shining in all night. Better curtain or shades could help with this. No shower curtain. Smelled awful throughout the facility, mostly like smoke and and spray to try and cover smoke.

There had been damage to the roof over entrance so customers were rerouted to a side door. direction signs to office clearly visible. Desk clerk was very helpful. Bathroom had no vanity space. Bolt lock on door didn't work well. But room was clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed being that close to the airport, but the surrounding area jumps between run-down and freshly built. Noted paint drips and dirt in stairwells.

The gentleman at the desk was polite and responsive with fresh towels and a remote but... had to request a remote, original towels were stained and dirty, room floor felt sticky, beds were poorly made causing my mother to question if they had been changed, shower drain was not secured and filled with hair, bathroom door was illfitting and difficult, hallway smelled of strong deoderent over musty. The area was noisy from nearby traffic.

Exterior door (non-lobby) was not secured. Room door seemed to be painted shut so we had to pull very hard to open it. Bathroom floor had spots/stains in the corner. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 8:15pm. I reserved a king bed but all they had was a queen.

When I booked this motel I knew it would be cheap, you get what you pay for. But it was less than I expected. Upon entering the room, there was a dead beetle next to the bed which made me wonder if they swept. There was only a half roll of toilet paper in the room. There was one small pillow per person and only a top sheet on the bed. Otherwise, it was a place to lay our heads. The ac was good.

Folks the best way I can put this RUN. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in, in my entire life, and I’ve stayed at some bad ones. The staff had the worst attitudes upon trying to check in. I flew in to help a friend drive from NYS to SC. I only needed to stay one night to sleep and prepare for the trip home. The hotel was dirty beyond belief. The shower floor was painted over and the paint was peeling in the shower. The towels were filthy, after the shower I just air dried. The room smelled like dogs and cats lived there. When trying to seek help from the front desk I was talked about in two different languages. The parking lot was ran over with weeds and shrubs, and the people walking around or should I say the residents made me wish I was had better protection with me. I stayed at a red roof inn in NC a few weeks prior to this trip and such a nice experience I said I’d give the brand another try. The franchise owner at this location needs to be investigated. Will never EVER stay at this location again. I’d rather sleep in my car.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times and it’s decent place to stay for the weekend. The service is always good and the rooms are fairly comfortable too.

The posted pictures did not match the rooms we viewed when we arrived at all.
The entire hotel smelled of bleach and cleaning supplies while the walls were still visibly dirty.
