Beautiful view and beautiful room great location for a lovely weekend with your loved one

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es gibt keine touristischen Einrichtungen in der Nähe...was heißt dass es auch keine Restaurants dort gibt. Die nächsten Restaurants liegen ca. 1,5-2,5km entfernt und sind etwa in 30-35min. Gehdistanz. Das Hotel ist ganz neu (Eröffnet im Juni 23 lt. dem Personal) und zu unserer Zeit waren 8 Zimmer vergeben. Wir haben max. 2 weitere Gäste bei Frühstück gesehen, den Strand hatten wir nur für uns alleine. Es gibt einen Verleih von Motorbotten, Kajaks und SUP direkt am Strand. Die Anlage ist noch in der Fertigstellung, d.h. einige Sonnenschirme fehlen noch am Strand, Mauern sind noch nicht ganz 100% mit Steinen verkleidet, die Bar im Außenbereich ist noch im Entstehen, aber all das hat nicht gestört. Zu den Zimmer(n): Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick und Whirlpool gebucht - wir bekamen Zimmer 412 - wo leider der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte (hat nicht geheizt). Der Techniker konnte ihn leider nicht in Gang setzen, wodurch wir das Zimmer 101 als Upgrade bekommen haben. Dieses Zimmer war der Wahnsinn - direkter Ausblick auf den Strand/Meer, sehr geräumig, da es für 4 Personen gedacht ist. Wir hatten 2 Duschen, 2 Toiletten, 2 Schränke...dieses Zimmer hätte mehr als das Doppelte von dem gekostet, was wir gebucht hatten. Leider, wie erwähnt, gibt es noch einige Kleinigkeiten, die gemacht gehören...lose Kabel hängen teilweise noch aus den Außenwänden, eine Säule wurde nicht schön abgeflext. Hätten wir den tatsächlichen Preis für das Zimmer gezahlt, wir hätten uns darüber mehr beschwert als wir dann getan haben. Personal: Das Personal ist mega freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zimmer 101: Was uns leider am meisten gestört hatte, war ein fast permanentes Klopfgeräusch in der Decke des Zimmers. Wir konnten die Ursache trotz eingehender Nachforschung nicht finden, denken aber dass es mit der Klimaanlage bzw. einer Klappe von der Klima zu tun hat. Wir haben es auch an der Rezeption gemeldet, der Techniker konnte es aber nicht beseitigen.

My seven-day stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant and unforgettable. The room with a view of the sea and a jacuzzi was simply enchanting. I couldn't take my eyes off the magnificent view. I understand that the beach may not have been perfect, but it didn't hinder our relaxation. We were greeted by a very pleasant man who escorted us to our room and provided all the necessary information. The breakfasts were delicious, and the cocktails were superb. Furthermore, our room was always clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, always ready to assist.

I do wish there was a truly beautiful sandy beach nearby.

Can’t say just how perfect this stay was Exceptional views ,really clean. Very comfortable exactly what you need if you want a relaxing time away

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the view from each room, incredible. The staff was so friendly and kind.

The hotel isn’t quite finished yet and they still have some details to work out. No doubt that when it is finished, it’s going to be a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place to have a holiday.

I recently lost my brother and my fiancé has been close to me though all the suffering including cancelling all holidays after a very hard year. For this and despite not being willing to go on vacation I planned a week away to give her some well deserved time off away from all problems. Before booking Naiades, I called them and explained the situation and asked if they would be able to give us a nice room as we are in a very sensitive period of our lives and I wanted everything to be nice for her. Regardless they gave us a room which is on the side overlooking the road. I had to call another two times until the finally gave us a room at the font because as I understood the keep those for people who book directly and the back room for people through booking.com. In any case on our arrival we were greeted by a very unpleasant lady who gave us they keys to our room and some basic instructions on how to find it because she could not be bothered to show us her self. Upon entering the room it was a complete disaster, the room was dirty and covered in hair everywhere. We went downstairs to the same lady and ask if they could clean it again because there are hair on the floor, on the bed and in the bathroom. She said we will clean it again and you could wait downstairs at the restaurant area until they are done. While seating down I understood what some of the users

A place of excellent aesthetic beauty, fantastic personnel, extremely clean, very comfy and lovely. The hotel is completely new and some adjustments, corrections are needed in the rooms. This is very normal for any new hotel and the personnel proved very very eager to listen and comply to any suggestions we made as clients.

There was nothing that was not to our likeness. Maybe there could be some more decorations and facilities in the terrace overlooking the sea front, but this was not a problem. To our knowledge this is planned to be completed in a few weeks and then it will be excellent.

Small boutique Hotel. The location is directly inbetween Plaka and Elounda, right on the seafront so you could take a fairly long but nice walk to either. There were only about 10-15 rooms which meant breakfast was a very pleasant affair with plenty of choice. The view from the room was exceptional and the hot tub on the terrace superb. Every member of staff could not do enough to ensure your stay was a good one.

Everything was superb and I find it difficult to fault anything. It may not suit everybody as there is no pool and access into the sea can be a little tricky due to rocks etc. However I would 100% book this hotel again

On our first night the airconditioning broke down. When we asked for another room so we could at least get a good night sleep this was denied. I found this very odd since there were still rooms available (the receptionist confirmed this when he said that he checked the airconditioning in the “other bedroom”and it works). The only thing we were offered was: “sorry for the inconvenience”. After having a sweaty awful night at such an expensive hotel I expected way more than this. And after our first day the WiFi and lights were not functioning. The airconditioning. It’s set to a minimum of 20 Celsius while downstairs at the reception the temperature can be set to 15 Celsius. With the very hot weather on Crete this is very uncomfortable. It takes a while to get cold. The location isn’t that great. And there were still crumbles of cookies on the table when we arrived. I must say.. for this price I’m used to a better experience.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location! We were one of the first guests to stay at this brand new hotel and honestly we highly recommend it!
