The shower cubicle is very small. Also the room didn’t have ironing option and for me that’s was a bit inconvenient considering I stayed for at least 3 nights. But overall my stay was good

The hotel manager was really helpful when he became aware that my wife didn t want to stay in the place and cancelled our booking . The place need a complete overhaul and cleaning . Not recommended for the money.

We arrived from a long trip , with our airport shuttle to the hotel. The skilled driver had to ask twice for the hotel address and thank god i had the phone no at hands. The area and the hotel entrance looks really shabby and the place need a lot of love . There is no sign indication for a hotel. The hotel is above the 9th floor and has nice view. The room was completely dirty and the A/C was not working. The shower is so small you can barely turn your body and i am not fat.

Its a very weird experience! The girl on the reception is amazing, the girls at the breakfast are so nice, however expect to not have iron at your room and to have to request a drier, as it is shared.

The location of the hotel for taxi drivers is not clear and there is no sign of the hotel…there is no heating and there is no hot water in the bathroom…street noise…the juice in the breakfast tastes like tap water

The room was super comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived to check in, but the hotel more than made up for it by upgrading our room to a larger one with gorgeous views of the Nile and Cairo.

The staff were very friendly and kind. They were very welcoming. The location is very convenient and near all the hotspots. We even forgot our valuables in the room and they kept it for us safe and secure. I will definitely come back next time to this property. We had a very pleasant stay!
