Staff was nice

Room was 78 degrees. It was 30 degrees outside so that didn't make sense. My first room #302 was at 78 when I walked in. I turned the thermostat to 67 and waited 90 minutes. The temp never came down. I called the desk and they asked me to move to 304. The temp in 304 was 78 degrees too. But after an hour, it dropped to 77 and I was too tired to move again so I just tried to sleep. By morning the temp was down to 76. By the next evening it was down to 74. After 2 days it never got lower than 71. Miserable nights trying to sleep. Plus the refrigerator compressor turned off with a very loud "bang" about once an hour. Plus the ironing board was too small to iron anything. Plus there was no closet and insufficient hangers. PLus the desk is tiny and unsuitable for trying to work in the room. I'll never stay in a TRU property again. I have no idea who the room is designed for but it's not for business travelers.

Looks and feels quite new. Room was large and comfortable. Quiet in the night. Coffee available all day. A Walmart is just a stones throw away

Quite a distance from I-95. That was an issue as we wanted a pit stop on the way from New Jersey to Orlando. So it was a long detour. Also the price was quite high ~200 USD. Breakfast was meh. Very basic.

The staff was friendly.

They need a bit more help with housekeeping.

I didn’t like it,found bugs on my bed and the staff didn’t offer me a resolution just apologized.
