The location is fantastic. I like the views you get once you step out of the property. I think the caretaker is also very hardworking chap. He is co-operative.

For other viewers, please don't go by the owner's pictures alone, there's only one balcony room with a view of the sea. The rest of the rooms don't have a view. The kitchen needs cleanliness. It was very dirty.

The property was in an ideal location and the staff Rahul was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Highly recommended !!

Comfortable stay, secluded location, clean hotel/room, great staff help, close to restaurants, property in as good condition as depicted by photos online. Big shout out also to Rahul who was very attentive, and helpful when I needed him to help me make phone calls to resolve some onward travel matters, and helping with my luggage on check-out.

It's obvious that it is in a more secluded location, and on the edge of town, so I cannot then find fault in any way with location, however you need to be prepared for a bit more walking. It would be easier all round for me to stay in the centre, but I have no regrets, and you are very very close to a smaller more secluded beach.

The place is very beautiful and calm. The manager is very friendly. My bag has been delayed at the airport and the owner took everything in charge to help me retrieve it, thanks again! I highly recommend the lobster restaurant neighboring the beach house.

The only plus point of the place is the location. You can see the Kovalam beach from the balcony, and walk down the hill to it.

Fist and foremost it is connected to the road by a narrow path. When I booked the room it showed parking in the premises, but when I reached the place I was shocked to know that I had to park my car on the dirt road about 100m away, and the listing also showed public parking. I felt cheated. You don't get any food in the house, not even breakfast. There is no electric kettle in the room. No toilet roll was given, thankfully I always carry mine. There in not even a single chair and table in the room. We had to eat our packed dinner on the bed. The balcony is not private, it is common and no chairs there either. Though the room window opens towards the sea, you can't see anything through the small glass panes which too are obstructed by metal grills. But people coming on bikes or other means may like it. It's a no no for someone coming in their own car..
