Breakfast was ok. Location is good.
There was noise coming from the traffic outside, also there was bad odor coming out from the furniture inside the room.

One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made a positive impact on my overall experience.
The good food resturant is not available in this area. So you need to go out for good meal

From the start till the checkout was a smooth procees. Located at the heart of a bustling street of karachi , hamsun apartments are comfortable and just the place you want after a tiring day.

Apartment is in a high rise building in Clifton. There are a lot of shops downstairs. There's a lot going on in the evenings. Very beautiful. There is little going on during the day. Rooms are large and very clean and quiet for Pakistani standards. There is security in the house. There's no need to be afraid. Very safe area. The staff is very friendly and fulfills every wish. It's not a hotel. Apartment house where other families also live. Apartment part is separate from others. Breakfast is served in the room. you can determine the time. Tasty and clean!
Compared to European standards, you always have to make some compromises. I can definitely recommend it!!! Price-performance is TOP!!
Clifton Beach is nearby with horse and camel rididing. They are a lot of Rikshas. You can go evereywere for 200-300 Rupies.

Das Vorbestellen des Frühstücks hat nicht so richtig geklappt. Man musste nochmals anrufen oder über die App anfragen. So kam das Frühstück nie pünktlich.

i am a little surprised about the extremely positive reviews given for this property. It is possible that the reviews were given from the Clifton branch. the room was good, but it was still work in progress. Untrained and aloof staff (I had to remind them everyday to clean the room). However, once the air has been cleared, the staff were very nice and I had a good time here.
the breakfast was beyond atrocious. also, the guard at the entrance did not let me in when i wanted to check in on to the fifth floor. Location was nice as well as absolutely choatic. Internet was extremely bad as they were using a small router.

I really enjoyed my stay here — the staff were very helpful, and checked in with me several times throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. The bed is super comfortable, and the AC and wi-fi both worked very well. The location is also great. I don’t think this value can be beat.

Location was excellent, all major attractions were nearby, it was in a apartment building, with other families in other apartments. so this felt quite safe and comfortable, atmosphere wasnt very modern or like 5 star but it felt like home, and security wise quite safe. staff was always on toes to help you out. room service was good too. 9/10. but will give overall 10/10 since its new and they will get better .
getting into the property wasnt easy, the entrance is between a very busy mall, and getting there was tough at first, but after first time,we found our ways. basement parking's entrance was quite narrow. they should clearly explain getting in and out of the property.

My stay at Hamsun was overall good. The best thing about this place was that it had a friendly family atmosphere. I was a bit worried while entering the property due to the crowded street but the environment inside was quite pleasant. Also, it is an apartment building not a hotel.
At evening hours the place is quite crowded but it is understandable as the main street is busy due to its center location.
