This property is also advertised on MakeMyTrip. Com at a cheaper price and a different address. The address on the booking.com was not correct. I couldn't find it on Google maps. When I finally got to the place, they had no records of my booking.... someone there calling themselves Sivakumar, said there was no room booked for me. I finally managed to get in when I showed the booking.com confirmation to another employee. I was given room 102. The bed sheet had stains, there was no cutlery or clean furniture. The shower head was dirty, the toilet walls were not clean. There were no towels supplied. There was no cupboard to store things...the cupboard had broken electronic goods and lot of dust. We ended up not spending the night there because we didn't feel we could have a hygienic, comfortable stay.

We booked a double bedroom. It was made by joining two single beds and there was around half a foot gap between bed.

Staff Behaviour was very bad. I booked room through online booking.com, the instruction seen that can pay at hotel when check in. But the staff denied the confirmed room as the payment not done through online he didn't mind at all. We had travelled 10 hours and reached there at 10pm after seeing in booking.com but that booking was not valid told by staff. As we are so tired taken room there. And just before one couple taken room for rs:1100 they given a room which was AC and also looking like premium. I waited around half an hour there to get a room and for rs: 1400 he given me a room with no windows and without AC, i asked him about last customer which payed 1100 for AC room,he replied that that was hotel owner Son's friend. Again i asked to change the room and he given me unhygienic room which was Non AC and not using from more day's with full of dust too.. Was too tired and slept over there. This was my very bad experience when i first came to Calicut and first bad impression from Select Residency... Very bad.. don't show this kind of attitude to any customer who paying for stay there. If you behave very badly there won't be any problem for health, it can just adjust, but if you give a room which was unhygienic what can say...
