The staff were very friendly and helpful. Warm and welcoming. I was a solo traveller so it meant a lot that the staff took time out to chat with me. The breakfast was first class with lots of choice. I joined in with the pool activities a.few times and I had fun and had lots of exercise and.met other guests.

Lovely and modern, staff were lovely and food was great. It definitely made our holiday for us and I can’t thank the hotel enough. I have stayed at an RH chain hotel before and I trust the brand.

Breakfast was excellent, fantastic choice and the dining area is spotless

The bar area around the pool was not open and there is no music round the pool so it lacked a bit of atmosphere

We had a nice stay at this hotel, abit of cross communication with the room service on one occasion. However, this was corrected immediately by the manager which we appreciated.

EVERYTHING The BREAKFAST WAS EEEEXCELLENT so much to chose from. The room had epic views, it was clean and quiet The staff at the restaurant were smiling, greeting us, cleaning fast THE Frontline gentleman that helped me book was welcoming, very helpful and professional Dancing downstairs

The bathroom window mechanism was broken and therefore it would not stay shut. The sink plugs did not hold the water in the bowl

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and a nice size. Everything was very clean, and I got an extra because it was my birthday so I was delighted to take a bottle of Cava home I felt very special. it was a brilliant stay the bar staff were lovely.

The only thing that could be better possibly is an extra member of staff for the reception for when many people come at once, because when we got there absolutely exhausted we had to wait a bit with all our bags, however it wasn't too bad as we had a drink at the bar also when we needed our bags from the luggage room to leave to the bus station on a time schedule we had to wait for the reception person to get of the phone placing a booking this made me feel somewhat stressed but we made it all in time so it didn't cause any actual issues. Also it would be good to have room service info in the room.

Location was great being between old and new town. Staff friendly and helpful and room clean, spacious and quiet

Spa facilities were poor with staff arriving late for appointments. Was left waiting in spa reception for 45 minutes in wet swimwear with no towel as changing room was key card to enter and the one member of staff was in the treatment room with another client. Expensive for treatment received

Booked 2 rooms and both were on different floors which limited time spent together which as both booked at the same time was a shame

The location was convenient for us.

Breakfast was a bit ordinary. Choice was of low quality produce and items. Coffee from machine. Entirely my own fault, but I did not read correctly which facilities were part of the included hotel facilities and which were extras. I would have booked another higher standard hotel, had rooms been available. This seemed on booking site a reasonable alternative, but was disappointing. The issue is not so much the hotel, but my expectations. Staff were pleasant and kind!
