This property has one of the best view you could ever imagine

Everything is bad except staff and view - Bed: Severely damaged mattress. I got severe back pain - Sofa: fully rotten. If you sit you will get most uncomfortable feeling - Bathroom: Damaged basin tap. no hot water. Bucket is also damaged. Exhaust fan broke down next day. - Blanket is so old and thin you will get freeze overnight

Food is extremely super, view point is awesome,

The room... The view...

The location in nowhere.... No restaurants nearby and u don't get food when u need from the resort. No extra bed was provided but charged for it. The greaser for hot water is useless.. So many excuses. The drivers bathroom was filthy that they had to use guest bathroom.

The view and cleanliness

Except one-two north indian staff ..none of the staff was helpful or cooperative to us. . Most of the time there is no one in the reception to pick up your calls or take care of your query.

The location of the property is amazing..Nd hosts r amazing...they made sure we felt at home..choosing such homestays r always ta best when in ooty..silent valley is located 5km away from charing cross...But 5km away from all ta tourist hustle nd bustle will let U experience ooty and its climate at its best..👌👌will surely be visiting this farm property on my next visit to ooty...

Actually there was nothin to not like at this property.

The view is something to die for. Rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful.

The water pressure in the washroom wasn't great, even though you have geyser but warm water is almost never available in the basin. Food was tasteless, breakfast was bad IMO. Chicken appeared to be a bit stale. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and the place was clean. The breakfast was lovely. The View is beautiful and the location was good. Very peaceful place.

Water heater wasn’t working first day, but then fixed new water heater.

Toilet was stinky and there is no one to clean, gave me a room spray. There is no hot water available. Even we call for the help It won't work after 10 mints It turned off. Difficult to reach the staff especially after 7pm. There was no remote for TV. I didn't have enough internet connection It was difficult for me because there is no wifi available.

Food was good, and staff friendly and helpful

Noise in downstairs balcony room, but that was due to inconsiderate upstairs neighbors.
