It's an independent little apartment with the bathroom and kitchen included new and clean. Nice ski light in the kitchen, I had a good restful night, and the location is great, a silent place. I will definitely return.
The eircode provided brings you to the opposite side of the house, so check the numbers 😉

the entry process was complicated. the room we passed to enter the property was stinky. the lock to the property where we were staying didn't work. the bed & comforter were dirty. the towels were wet. the hot water in the shower ran out. the TV didn't have any good channels

The little apartment was cute and clean. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and washer.
It was posted nowhere that this property was in a residential area nor that you had to walk through the person’s kitchen to get to the apartment.

Self catering on a bank holiday…we survived.This unit was amazing for a caravan size unit in a back garden. We washed clothes and nearly got them all dry…in Ireland! I’d put one of these in my backyard but Aussie regulations wouldn’t permit. Great idea. You could easily live in one for a few weeks.
We didn’t know it was a B & B in a back garden. When you have no internet the message for exact location doesn’t come up. We drove around for ages trying to find the correct address. 53 not 59. Thank goodness for M.B at Lynk Taxis.

perfect self contained granny annexe, superbly clean with everything you need. Bus stops are pretty close to get to city centre and nice location with restaurants/pubs local shops etc.
property is at the rear of the house, so had to walk through someone else’s kitchen to get to it, bit uncomfortable when a half naked person is having breakfast. family photos on the walls were a little odd.

bed was comfortable and the apartment is cute
it was a little dirty (the counter had crumbs) like it wasnt properly cleaned before our arrival. the entrance is through the owners house and kitchen, which is very uncomfortable for guests- the house is in their backyard. the owner was nowhere to be found when we were leaving and we had no information where to leave the keys. location is very far from the city, it takes an hour by bus to get anywhere.
