Good location close to bike path and town. Had everything we needed.

We stayed at this beautiful house for my husband's birthday, we have so much fun! The house had all we need, the kitchen and dining room were our favorite place, also we enjoyed the fireplace, I highly recommended this beautiful place.

This is a great property and launch point for all of Cape Cod as well as Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

The home clean and comfortable and had more than enough kitchen utensils and equipment. We had everything we needed. I do recommend getting rid of the awkward looking sofa to the left of the leather sofa and replacing it with a more comfortable loveseat that seats at least 2 people. As all of my group is over 65, I'd also recommend adding some portable foot stools for elderly comfort.

Just spent a week in Falmouth with my wife, 3 adult children and son-in-law. All the amenities (linens, kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, etc) were top notch! The property is large and easily accommodated an extended family gathering including a nice spot for a family photo. When we booked I was a little concerned about the distance to the beach compared to the others in our extended group. However, by purchasing a beach parking permit, our location turned out to be the best of all. We used the nearby bike trail every day to visit Woods Hole and see the beautiful views along the way. We walked to downtown Falmouth several times to shop and enjoy the restaurants and ice cream of course! Our host, Anika, was easy to work with and highly responsive. My family is unanimous in wanting to stay at this property again!

House was very clean. Nicely stocked. Yard was private & large. Owner very responsive. Close by to shopping & beaches. The street is very busy though. Lots of ambulances go by. We all had a great stay!

We've never stayed at a VRBO where more attention was given to detail. Everything, from comfort to style, to the smallest details where so well thought through. First of all, the home is beautiful; sparkling clean; and designed in a way that, in our case, two parents with a baby and a two year old basically had their own suite, with an attached room for the kids; then we had another large master with a sofa (both rooms have tv's); and our teenage daughter had a good sized room downstairs. The kitchen and laundry room have everything you need. The owners even supply laundry detergent, paper towels, hand soap at every sink, a blow dryer... I could go on and on about this type of attention to detail. The outside has a beautiful patio with exceptionally comfortable seating, an umbrella, plus a picnic style table. The fire pit is fabulous and there was wood available. We loved sitting around a fire at night making s'mores. There were two bikes available, plus a kids tricycle and a bike path basically across the street (bring your own helmets). We took the bike path in two directions, once for a day at the beach and once into a little town for lunch. We were surrounded with options for good food in Falmouth (there are recommendations supplied when you get there). There is easy access to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We contacted the owners twice with questions and they responded ASAP and were so nice! I couldn't recommend this place more!
