The location was great. The chalet was well equipped and had a really lovely seaside vibe !!! The host was extremely attentive and helpful if needed.

Loved the views, location and beaches. Everything we needed..booklet was very informative. Hosts kept in touch which was great.

Low signal for Bbc 1 and 2 on TV, but no fault of the hosts, very minor and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thankyou so much.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes drive from the shops. Absolutely spotless conditions and lovely decor, we had a lovely stay. Everything we needed was there, crockery to towels from kettle to microwave to even dog bowls.

An absolutely beautiful chalet, really well decorated and equipped, there is everything that you need for a self catering holiday. The first thing I noticed after the lovely decor was the really clean smell, lovely linen and pillows. It's a lovely area for dog walks and a 30 minute walk to the centre of Sandown. The hosts are very responsive to questions (I'm a hopeless traveller and Rowena helped me out with my questions very quickly and is super friendly) The link we got for the ferry saved us a lot of money and they were very helpful when we had to change our return journey time. It was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend, especially with dogs 🥰🐾 I have included photos of the lovely dog walk x

Everything was great

Exceptional clean and the interior finished to a very high standard. Lots of thoughtful touches greeted us on arrival such as tea and milk and yummy biscuits. Rowena- the host was very responsive and extremely understanding when we had to change our arrival date to a day later then anticipated and refunded us the difference. This was greatly appreciated :), as was the later then advertised checkout time.

It took us a bit of time to work out how to get hot water for the shower. In the end we realised that the hot water dial was actually for cold water and vice versa. The shower doors had a gap and weren’t flush when trying to close the doors. We got round it by ensuring we stood in front of the gap so that water didn’t come through the gap and onto the bathroom floor. Neither of the above detracted from what was a lovely, much needed break.
