Still owed for BBQ gas bottle as was empty on first day, receipt was handed to office & was informed this would be refunded Received our deposit back in full

This was a comfortable residential house, located close to my family and near Sunshine Plaza which was very convenient.

For the price we paid for 7 nights there were a few issues. Unfortunately the hot water service did not warm up till late in the day due to it being solar, and we had 8 of us staying there for my mothers funeral, so this was not optimal. Although we did not wish to use the pool, the filter & pool cleaner were not connected and the pool was full of leaves and previous occupants had not picked up the dog poo in the back yard (it is a dog friendly house- we don’t have a dog)
