The property was accuratly listed. No issues inside of the house. Overall a good experience. Would recommend, and would consider returning.

When we first arrived the trash was overflowing into the yard. Upon entering the home we noticed the house needed a deep clean. Rug at front door and back were stained horribly. The rattan coach looked like it was falling apart at the seams. All furniture and bedding was stained. One bedroom set of white sheets were badly stained. The outside patio furniture was also stained. The light fixtures, light switches, windows sill, doors cabinets and mini blinds were in desperate need of a good cleaning.. dead flies were in the window sill. There were two small spiders noticed upon arrival and that evening when we returned from dinner and turned on the kitchen lights roaches scattered.. we contacted the host immediately. They were very responsive at first, She told us she could not get an exterminator to the home over the weekend.. we continued to see roaches for two more days. One evening while playing games they were all over the kitchen. An exterminator came Tuesday. We saw a few that night and afterwords we saw only dead ones.. The host offered us compensation on the second day. However after the exterminator came they never answered any more emails for the rest of our stay and we NEVER received any compensation. This place seemed to be a fairly new build, was spacious and pretty well equipped with everything needed. It’s sad to see that it is not well maintained.

We enjoyed this lovely home! The pool was great and home was equipped well! The beds were comfortable! We would highly recommend this home and will be back!

This is in a great location, close to 30A (rosemary beach) and 20min to Panama City Beach. I worked for a well known Hotel Company as a Manager for over five years, so maybe my expectations are higher / I notice things more. While the property itself is great, we experienced multiple issues: 1) we were unable to check in early (I understand) but they said they would reach out when we could. We drove by at 3pm, and saw the cleaners were done, but the management team never reached out. Again, not the end of the world, but customer service is huge and changes an experience. 2) There was a dirty sock in the pool. I also spent 30 minutes cleaning the pool because of how dirty it was. 3) The grill was used by the previous renter and it was not clean. The entire bottom of the grill was filled with old oil. We planned to cook steaks before my husband’s race, and we had to cook inside because the grill was VERY dirty. If I chose to clean it, it would have taken me an hour - that is how dirty it was. 4) The oven needs maintenance. One of the knobs is broken and you have to turn it upside down to be “off” versus putting it in the off position. This is a fire hazard. 5) The shower curtains in the upstairs bathroom had pink mold on it. 6) The neighbor has a rooster - don’t expect to sleep in. Again, the property is in a great spot and is very spacious. These little improvements would elevate the property.

We were very happy with this property. It is close too many things and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is just as shown in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this property.
