It was truely spacious lovely setting it really felt like being at home it was a good base for where ever we wanted to go shops and restaurants within easy walk but the house love the bedrooms with chairs you can sit on and read living room so relaxing
Nothing to complain about at all only thing not to do with house lights in the alleyway sometimes didn't come on parts we used torches on our phones

The apartment is lovely and very central. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. As a family we couldn't fault the comfort.
The access is not ideal. I am disabled and I found the 6 or 7 flights of stairs very difficult and painful 😖.With no outside space it was also very difficult for my dogs and for the toddlers in my family.This should be specified in the property details. We did message the owners as we only had one tea towel, one ice tray and one oven shelf and as there were 6 adults and 3 children this did cause a few issues. The owners said they would contact their cleaners to supply us with more tea towels but none materialised.Parking was an issue too .

Right in the heart of Matlock, perfect for shopping, eating and drinking. Nice spacious house with comfortable beds and large airy rooms. Loads of excellent information and an awesome massage chair.
Free parking is only overnight and drop off of luggage is difficult so several trips to the carpark. Lots of steps to the property 55ish in total which was a killer and the outside area is the top of the fire escape.

We really loved the place It was neat and clean
Only one thing which is too many stairs to reach to the property Luckily we had some help
It was difficult to find the lockbox for the keys The host was availab24/7 The info provided to collect the keys was little poorly described The entrance showed on the booking was completely for the other property It can be saved by describe or change the lockbox
The whole property was spacious
Best part was the massaging chair and the beds
