caravan was very dirty had a cracked window and campsite was shocking had nothing to do there.

Pool was nice Food was lovely Site was lovely Member of staff we spoke to when we couldn't get our key was very helpful

It is situated on good location

Property wasn’t clean on arrival, boiler was broken so no hot water or heating. Chalet was it self good but suitable more than 4 guests.

It had en suite, spacious site was lovely clean friendly staff. Swimming pools indoor and outdoor great and organised

Neighbour from a nearby residential estate who was against guests having barbecues shouted profanity words over the fence where the home was like put the fire out you F*** C****. I approached a member of the lady Millie to explain my concerns of foul language in from of my 10 yr old. Reception could not help as this was booked by booking.com however would give the feedback to the Gm. Also, several attempts to contact the owner or responsible for bookings by phone, text and email in regard to number of wristbands were less than shown on the welcome email with no reply or call back.

Caravan was very spacious and clean. Dvds and games were provided which made the kids very happy. Would definitely stay again when visiting dawlish warren.

Boiler not working on arrival.l (tue) Fixed by park maintenance . After day out out Wednesday boiler not working again so no heating or hot water wed pm and Thurs am. Decking extremely slippery , one of our party slipped And fell down steps

We are not reviewing the caravan as we did not stay there. As we arrived we were greeted by dancers and loud music due to there being a planned 90s weekend which was extremely loud and busy. We were not informed of this by the owner of this caravan and we were told we could not use the site facilities (restaurant, shop and pool) unless we paid an extra £100. We had booked a quiet weekend away due to us having a family bereavement and feel very let down by the caravan owner. We contacted the caravan owner regarding this and she told us it was not her responsibility to inform us that the site was closed for a 90s weekend. We were very upset by this and her attitude toward us and it ruined our weekend. We asked for a refund or partial refund as we feel we were missold the holiday, yet was told no by the owner as we could still stay in the van but not would not be able to use any of the site facilities. However the staff on the site couldn't be more helpful and apologetic as they said the owner of the caravan should have informed us. We will not be booking caravans independently in future and book only through the site or reputable booking sites.

Lovely location. Cannot comment on food as did not eat there.
