Very welcoming staff and clean rooms - despite arriving at 2am we had a lovely friendly welcome. Rooms were great

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Bus stop right outside hotel into Palma

Studio balcony didn't catch the sunlight at any point of the day no point in lying or sitting out there. Thought was bit overpriced

Very kind people at the reception desk. Solve questions and issues very quickly. Very polite, it was pleasure to talk to them. Clean good light rooms with a balcony. Breakfast are wonderful)) 😁 very pleased. Woman that asked our room number during the breakfast was so sweet 🥰 in general all people working there were very kind. It makes a difference! Location is fine in general too. It's not exactly in the center of the city, but there are two bus stops not far from the hotel. You can easily get to the place you want

You cannot take anything to the swimming pool area... And it's a rule of the hotel.. We had a situation: we ordered coffee at the bar and took it near the pool area. Before that we were in the city, and bought some local bun, our friend took it out and wanted to try, the wonam from the bar came up to us explaining we cannot try it here... Well, it was not very pleasant situation, one person just had to go to the room to eat it there 🤷‍♀️ while we were finishing our coffee

Really enjoyed our stay. Shower mat in bathroom would have been good.

Great facilities, clean room and very helpful staff. Location is near the bus stop so easy to get into the city.

There are very few restaurants in the nearby area. The hotel restaurant had a good menu but the lighting could be more ambient for an evening meal.

The bedroom was super clean and staff helpful and nice. It was not warm enough for us to use the pool area, but it looked comfy and interesting. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options and fresh bread. The bedroom was big, with a balcony and nice view.

The walls in the bedroom seem to be very thin, so we could hear people from the room beside us, and people arriving late during the night, which was unfortunately a bit disruptive.

Suitable rooms, a good breakfast buffet, the service of the reception was very good. The hotel is in a quite surrounding, approx. 30 min. away from city center by bus

Dinner at the restaurant. A restaurant with poor quality, that you would not expect in a 4 stars restaurant. Meals marked as spicy are ultra spicy, extra wishes beside the menu are not possible. Waitresses are not so attentive.

I’ve stayed here several times, it’s modern, good size rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. It’s cheaper than the centre of Palma because it’s a little way out which is no problem as there’s a bus stop nearby or taxi. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike, but would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities but then it’s all reflected in the price so I’m not complaining 😊
