Host was great with communication. Very few things in kitchen to prepare dinner. Notified host that carpet was very dirty. We only stayed in 1 bedroom but all carpet in house was very dirty. Convenient to interstate.

The home was very nice. It was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

the lights in the bedroom didn’t work at all, there was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms just terrible!!!

I received a message from the host on the morning or our arrival day saying that the location for our stay has changed, followed by a different home address and entry code. When I questioned why the location had been changed, I never received a definitive answer. The home that we were forced to stay in due to the last minute change by the host had a completely empty dining room and another empty room without furniture in it. There were stains and what looked like it may have been vomit or other body fluids on the bed covers in the 1st bedroom. There were also what looked to be urine stains on the couch in the living room. I have photos of everything that I have a complaint about. I can't believe that a host can completely change the location of a home that's been reserved a month in advance with no warning or reason. I have initiated a case with VRBO for a full refund for this act of fraud.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Very convenient location- close to hospital and other conveniences. Home was nice and updated.

We absolutely loved our stay here. I was celebrating my birthday and the place was perfect. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for surrounding shopping centers. The owners were very nice and showcased great hospitality. Will definitely book again in the near future.

This house was perfect for our time in Montgomery! The home looks even better and more spacious than the photos show. We stayed here on our way to Florida and i would highly recommend! It was super cozy and very well stocked. I would absolutely stay again!

Stayed here 2 nights in passing to FL. Air went out first night, so the house stayed over 80°, terrible trying to sleep! Went to the zoo the next day hoping it would have time to catch up and cool off, but got back and house was still over 80°. House host didn't answer when called, but responded with a message saying someone would come look at the unit. We couldn't open windows because they were either nailed shut or no screen, so ran the ceiling fan in livingroom and shut off rooms trying to circulate air. I also couldn't use the stove to cook because of the heat, and was told by the host we couldn't leave the house until maintenance came and left. Long story short it took the entire evening, by the time maintenance left, hours later unable to fix the unit, the rain had finally cooled everything down and we could sleep better the last night, BUT our entire evening was ruined due to not being able to go out somewhere else with air-conditioning to eat dinner. I get 1 vacation a year to take my elderly mom, and this was such a huge disappointment. This house has potential, but we would not return or recommend. Wishing we just stayed at Drury, and saved the money. This place was definitely not worth spending extra to stay, we love to camp but not when we pay for a gouse with air-conditioning! The host offered to cashapp an amount that wouldn't even cover our gas, but I guess that was my wages for our time spent having to work(wait) instead of taking my family out to dinner somewhere more comfortable with AIR. Master bedroom toilet was broken and would rock off the floor, and the towel rack wouldn't stay on the wall. I did like how the kitchen was stocked(even though we couldn't use it), and can tell they tried to make it nice, but completely missed the mark for our stay here. Good luck if you choose to, because you won't be accommodated if anything goes wrong, such as your AC breaking!
