Cette maison de vacances au charme incontestable à Alexandria vous offre une expérience inoubliable. Sautez dans votre voiture et parcourez le trajet de 5 minutes jusqu'à Birchmere (salle de concerts) ou de 5 minutes jusqu'à Mémorial maçonnique de George Washington (et quand vous n'êtes pas sur les routes, profitez du parking mis à disposition par l'hébergement).
Prenez la route du retour et accordez-vous une pause bien méritée auprès de votre petit nid pour les vacances avec un jardin et un balcon où boire un verre en toute tranquillité. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, profitez des joies de l'intérieur : Wi-Fi et télévision.

The home was just as described. It’s in a great location, situated in a safe neighborhood with private parking; which is a plus in the D.C. area. The home has 3 wonderfully appointed bedrooms all with comfortable beds and great decor. You’ll find everything you need including ample towels, plenty of cookware and all the streaming channels you’d ever want. Colin and Laurie were wonderful hosts who communicated well and even left us a handwritten note alongside an excellent bottle of red wine to welcome us to their home. If you’re visiting the DC area, you can’t go wrong with this property. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!!!

Spent a great week enjoying the sights in DC. Our stay at this property made it easy since its location was great. The place was very clean, practical, and had every amenity we needed. Would recommend it highly to friends and will try to stay here again next time we are in DC. There are several very good eating establishments nearby, a pharmacy and grocery store which made it extremely convenient. Hosts were outstanding.

All the comforts of home from beginning to end. Hosts were available for any questions. We were greeted with a nice note & bottle of wine. Kitchen was fully stocked with items to make our stay welcoming. We had a nice fire one night after a long day in DC. Location couldn't be better. Old town Alexandria has many restaurants worth visiting too. We will definitely be recommending this home to our friends & family.

My family love the house so much because we can feel how the owner love and treasure it. Everything was more than clean and convenient. The host were very nice , responsive and considerate. It will be my top choice for next stay there or Washington. Thank you Collin and Laurie.

The house is even prettier than the pictures depict. They think of all the little things, especially in the kitchen. We all know a lot of places don’t pay close attention to kitchen utensils, appliances, etc… but this place had it all!
Through and through, they thought of and prepared for every small detail, and they were as great as the rest of this house! Can’t recommend it enough, and look forward to coming back!

This was the perfect accommodations for our family D.C. trip. It had everything we needed. The place was spacious and easily accommodated the six of us. The outdoor space was a great plus. The special touches throughout the house were a great perk. The hosts were accessible and very responsive.

Our family of six stayed here and this home had everything we needed to feel at home. The little touches were great. The third floor bedroom was very warm and the skylight windows didn’t have screens which really hindered the kids ability to get some fresh air up there. The cleanliness was good. It was so wonderful to have the space for everyone and the hosts were extremely helpful. Around the front door needs attention as trash had compiled in the leaves. Overall a beautiful home and would for sure stay again!

Five of us collected in Alexandria to celebrate a birthday. This house hosted us perfectly: the bedrooms, spread out over the upper two floors (each with private bathroom), offered quiet for those who wanted to go to bed before the night was over, the living area is warm and cozy (real fire place) for hanging out, and the kitchen and grill are kitted out and ready to cook a meal. The beds are VERY comfortable--the most comfortable I have experienced in a VRBO. Plus there are two deep bathtubs in the house. Check in could not have been easier, and the (offsite) hosts were attentive and responsive. Will definitely be booking this home again next time we are in town. Thank you!

This is one of the best VRBO locations. The home is built and decorated with guests in mind. The home is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the each bedroom had a full bathroom connected to them. This allow for guests to truly gave their own space and then shared common areas. There are lots of boutique diners and shops within a two-block radius. The hosts were nice and prompt to respond. I would 100% recommend for a weekend stay.

The floor plan is ideal. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (and a half-bath on the main floor). The design works great for family gatherings because there is ample space for privacy and to relax. The home is conveniently located with easy access to necessities (grocery stores, gas station, pharmacies, etc.) and just a short drive to Old Town. The owners are a pleasure and are extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This townhouse served as a great place to stay for our visit to Washington DC. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It is located on a busy street but the public transportation in Alexandria was easy and free to go to old town Alexandria or to a metro station for the ride into DC.
The property owners/managers were at all times very helpful, communicative. When we had questions, they were generous with helpful details and prompt to answer.
I would definitely stay there again if traveling to the area with a group.
There was initially a problem with scheduling with Vrbo, but Collin and Laurie were very helpful to make it work for us. Thank you!

Our group of friends stayed here for a couple nights for a wedding in town, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The hosts were incredibly responsive, professional, and kind in their communications, and we were very grateful to have stayed in their home. The amenities were luxurious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and accessing the house for check-in and check-out was very straightforward. Thank you for a great stay!

A group of 7 friends stayed in this great townhouse for a week. It was super clean and in an excellent location to access all that Alexandria and Washington DC have to offer. It is in a quiet neighborhood near a number of restaurants and shopping, and only minutes from Old Town Alexandria. Everything we could have needed for our stay was provided by our host.

The property was very clean and nice. Comfortable bedrooms, all well maintained. Great space for a family to spread out. And with summer heat and humidity, the AC was welcome and performed flawlessly. Easy to get to Alexandria Olde Town, and Metro access to get into the city. My only criticism, which is more of a suggestion, would be to look at upgrading the pans in the kitchen. A non-stick skillet would be a nice addition.
