Sarah and the team at the LETHBRIDGE went above and beyond during our recent dining experience and accommodation. We booked for a group of 21, at relatively short notice, during a period where the local internet provider failed to rectify a technical issue, meaning all transactions were in cash and the easy to use online booking system was down. Despite this, Sarah was persistent in her approach to ensuring we got everything that we requested. The food was fantastic and delivered at the same time, despite several allergy ‘flags’ and guests who stayed here, prior/after our wedding at CROWCOMBE made special mention of the staff and facilities at the LETHBRIDGE. I can’t thank you guys enough, and would be enthusiastic in recommending this business to anyone visiting Taunton, the Quantocks or who have a special event in the surrounding area. Thanks again team! Ash

Sarah, the owner was brilliant, chavangh behind the bar was fantastic and the service from Kayleigh was first class. The Thai meal we had was up there with the best and the Exeter Gold was a very good pint. I travel an awful lot, in the Uk and abroad, this place is up there with a very very good hotel!
I was very late booking, to be fair, so did not have an ensuite, but did have a private bathroom down the corridor

Clean and tidy. Very nice staff. Lovely food. Plenty of parking. Beer garden. Great location for the local heritage railway.

There was no breakfast on offer!!!
We booked expecting breakfast and there was no breakfast on offer really disappointing. There was a green light on in our room all night part of the fire alarm I suspect so very little sleep as room was so bright all night. Very noisy neighbours in next room who were shouting and screaming no thoughts for other guests.

No breakfast available. Shower water setting had to be on 'cold' to have a very hot shower as thermostat or water supply needs adjusting.
Wall in bathroom in single room is cracking and plaster is discoloured and looks wet.
Floor and steps to room move, creak and are quite uneven.
Window and surrounds in single room needs painting.
Holes in single bed Doona, not the cover.
