Beautiful apartment, very spacious, nicely furnished and have a big terrace with views of the sea & Monaco. Note, it's in Beausoleil = France, so You can use Uber app to order a car since we had zero luck with ordering French cab and Monaco is not serving this area to pick up (only can drive You from downtown at the rate of 25€). There is also a bus stop nearby that is very in handy. In terms of the owner, we have not met him face to face, but it was a very clear communication from his side during our stay.

It says in the description that Larvotto Beach is less that 15 mins walk from the apartment. That's absolutely inaccurate. First day, we've walked with our 🧳 from exact same beach, and it was a huge mistake since there were around 300 steps up within the mountain to reach the apartment. Alternatively, the street (not faster, however), and there was no pedestrian path. So it's around 30 minutes walk from the beach and with luggage we've struggled for almost an hour. The only fun part was the next day to go down all those steps. Highly recommend to TAKE A CAR if You have luggage to get to the apartment.

Excellent arrival description. Everything as described. The best part: sitting on the balcony in the morning or at night, watching the scenery and listening to the sounds of nature (birds chirping, even a little creek downhill).
