Always love vacationing at this hotel. Great experience for the whole family especially if you have kiddos.

We love the Fairfield at Pensacola Beach! Not only is the facility beautiful, the staff is wonderful and so welcoming, my girls and I especially loved Grace at the front desk. They looked forward to seeing her smile every time we got off the elevator. The coffee was always hot and fresh and the breakfast has a wide assortment of things for most palates. It felt like home away from home!! This was a family trip to meet up with another family from out of town, so 8 of us in total. My only two complaints are the floors in the room felt very sticky/not the cleanest, could definitely use a carpet shampooing (not just the spray I saw housekeeping using in the rooms they were cleaning - but I made do and wore socks if I didn’t have my flip flops/sandals on), and next there was only a few floats for the lazy river. I will definitely plan to bring one next time! But otherwise everything else was spectacular and we look forward to our next visit already!!

The lazy river

Everything is very clean and new. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful. This is a great hotel for families. We had a problem one night were we had no power in our room overnight. The night shift people did not handle our situation well, but the manager made things right the next morning. We will definitely stay again.

Great place! Beautiful new hotel with a lot to do. Check in was easy. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of 4pm. Great customer service. Breakfast was different every day and very delicious.

This was a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the kids loved the pool and lazy river! It has easy access to the beach as well and that made for a fun family trip! We’ll be back next year for sure!

Loved this hotel! You could walk to the beach, hit the lazy river pool and eat at the Fish Heads restaurant attached to the hotel while overlooking the water.

Best place to stay in Pensacola beach my family has stayed two times a year since they rebuilt

So we booked our room during the air show weekend so it was really busy. During our stay our a/c went out. And although Maintenance was very helpful and fixed it, they were in and out of our room for 3 hours and our room was obviously uncomfortably warm until it was fixed. The breakfast was just ok. Instant oatmeal was offered for oatmeal and then the usual bagels and muffins. They had waffle makers but with the crowd the wait was very long. My husband had the pre-made breakfast sandwiches and said it was flavorless and muffin was burnt. During our stay I went over to the restaurant on site to order a couple of drinks at the bar because the one bar in the hotel didn’t serve blended drinks. One bartender never acknowledged me, although walked past me several times, and the other who did, said she would be right with me. But then ended up helping another couple who walked up after me. I thought surely she would come back to me once she served them their drinks, but no! Instead she helped the next couple that walked up after them! I just left without the drinks. They had two hot tubs in the pool area. The one closest to us wasn’t warm at all and I prayed the other was. And it was! So glad. But kinda stunk having to walk from one side of the pool area to the other because the closer one was cold…so was it worth the $1000 I paid per night? Not in my book. And I will stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel is going to house 20° so it’s obviously in great condition. Staff was very friendly. Love the lazy river. The restaurant was good and not too expensive. The only downside was there was no waffles.

The pillows were terrible and complained several times before getting better ones that were really no better halfway through our stay. Had trouble getting housekeeping to clean room and the waterfalls at pool did not work.

Charged for out door parking 20.00 the hotel was beautiful but they that parking charge took the cake for me

My family visits Pensacola Beach almost every year and have tried a few other hotels and condos and this one was one of the nicest with a lazy river for my kids and short walks to food and gift stores. I would stay here again in the coming vacations.

Very hard to deal with. To be a new hotel things we’re broken. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. And they charged us before we ever checked out 2 different times.

The hotel is brand new, the location is perfect with walkable distance to restaurants and the boardwalk and pier, and the staff is very friendly.

Five stars across the board for us! Wonderful hotel, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, convenience everything was great! Plan to make this a yearly stay for our family.

Be careful , Expedia, said if I paid more money, I would get the special which was a late checkout and 2 free breakfast. When I got there, breakfast was free and they don’t offer a late check out. The hotel and the staff are wonderful! This is an Expedia thing!!
