I really enjoyed the stay. All facilities needed as a traveller are available and everything is modern and clean. The location is great and close to all shopping centers. The staff also were very welcoming and friendly.

I really have to give the staff there props 👏 from the first call until we left they could not do enough and had a wealth of local knowledge thanks guys 👍

lovely property, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed.

Exactly like on the photos. Very spacious, clean and comfortable for relaxing in after a busy day at uni ( I am a pet time student). The kitchen was good and had everything needed. Location is great and the place is easy to find.

The hot water thermostat was obviously turned down very low which meant when I came to have a shower in the morning there was no hot water. I found a boost button and even with this there was no hot water available. It then took ~half an hour to get a response from anyone by which time I was late for university and had to shower in a neighbours shower. They did get back to me with a number to contact but I was running too late to deal with it by this point. The next day the water was boiling hot so something must have been adjusted. Aside from this, there could have been better instructions of the check-in/check-out process as this didn't work very well and I was not told that our keys would be left behind the reception desk for us to collect ourselves, nor were there any instructions about needing to use the boost button for the hot water- I just happened to find this myself (even though there was still no hot water once pressed)

The location is fantastic and in spite of how central it is, it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. It was also a lovely surprise to have a Nutribullet in the kitchen!

The TV didn’t work as it didn’t have an ariel plugged in. The floors were a bit dirty. Otherwise, all was great.

Very modern and it had all the facilities we needed. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

Stayed on the top floor, lovely natural light in the living room area from the skylights. Nice clean modern styled apartment & really spacious. Loved the fact the kitchen came equipped with a brand new Nutribullet blender. Location was perfect & very central to the city centre.

Very good central location very clean, all facilities you need, and Alison couldn't be any more helpful over the few days we stayed. Would highly recommend this accommodation for central stay in Manchester.

Alison was so lovely, very quick to answer to any message/question and it made us feel so welcome throughout the stay! The apartment looked just like the photos, very clean modern and spacious! Even though you’re literally in the heart of manchester, you couldnt hear noise from outside which was a big plus! definitely would recommend!!

Couldn’t shut the windows completely Very stuffy in the flat My wife asked when we booked if there was a fan in the apartment the manager replied yes when we arrived there was no fan in the apartment we told the manager the next day after we arrived back from the cricket the manager met us out the front of the building she had bought us a high speed desk fan from Argos it was really powerful made all the difference in the apartment

We stayed in Room 204 . Location is fantastic . The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious . Kitchen facilities met our expectations . The airport transfer was included in my package A special “ Thank you “ to Alison , who was always available as and when we needed assistance . She has made our stay even better .

The noise that came from the building across Room 204. The tenants were talking on top of their voice and on two of the nights , the tenants were arguing at 1 am/ 2 am which was rather annoying

The noise and the staff. We complained about the noise of this flat which was not indicated in booking It was supposed to be in calm street but our flat was just above a really busy road with trams/ buses people shouting at night. We complained and someone was supposed to contact us but never did. The person on the lobby was by the way never present when we were here.

This place in genuinely unbelievably good, you're so close to the shopping areas and the room was just perfect. The room I was in was spotless so clean and everything else was perfect, would highly recommend.

Nothing at all everything was perect I really can't say anything bad about this place will book again.
