The space was enough for mum and I, and we both love its convenient location

The kitchen utensils were lacking, and we also didn't have dish washing liquid/sponge available to wash our plates and cutlery

The elevators - they were very rickety and kind of scary. It speeds up when going between two far apart floors and it scared my sister.

The kitchenette doesnt have the equipments for cooking.and the electric stove was out of service,had to call thr maintenance twice to had it fix.

The A/C, the dining area, the silverware and free coffee, and the location. The amenities were also nice, and some parts of the bed hurt my back, but it was manageable and still a comfortable plafe to sleep. It was also nice that the kitchen and micrwave and fridge were well-equipped. The staff on the second day were also friendlier once we checked out.

Inconsistent service and incomplete toiletries - in this app, it said that toothbrush was included, but when I clarified, there was a charge of Php 12. Then I said I would get one, but I didn't get it even after it was said that an attendant was going to give it. Maybe it was a busy time, but I would've appreciated a heads up on it not being available.

its proximity to the five Greenbelt shopping malls and food places

the fact that Meralco had to have a large overnight work on the 2nd of my two nights stay, and ran very very late. not only was the blackout planned for 5 hours turned into more than 6 hours, but also, I haven’t been able to sleep till 2am, only to wake up at 4am to the same old street noise of dragging and digging, concrete to metal and human noise sounds. I wish that the notification was more accurate and mentioned potential high street noise pollution levels are to be expected overnight.

The location is perfect, just a walking distance to Greenbelt & Glorietta...and Ayala Museum. i love that it is equipped with a kitchenette and eating utensils. and the floor to ceiling mirror which makes it feel bigger is great you don't feel claustrophobic

hallways and lobby are small but it's fine.
