Nice location. Worked for our needs.

Rented for family & friends after Christmas. Problems everyday and all i got were excuses that they couldn't find someone to fix things bcuz of holiday. LET'S RECAP: It's winter in Payson: Gas Fireplace BROKEN! Back bedroom in Game room FREEZING - NO HEATER UNIT in room at all!! BROKEN shower rod in main bathroom & mold on the wall. All adults (9 of us) had to use back bedroom shower. BROKEN dishwasher BROKEN screen door Bedroom with bunk beds smelled like sewage and was freezing. The hot water heater is in that room and the under part of the house is exposed letting in COLD AIR!! Had to buy candles to burn every day to keep the house from smelling. Remote in bedroom had no batteries, couldn't turn on TV. I was supposed to receive an email the day before with entry instructions...No email and I had to call to get pin for keypad. Cleaning crew left some of previous tenants sheets in the washer and a few items in the dryer. A cabin is designed for relaxation and all I got were excuses & empty apologies and nothing resolved the entire stay. The house has amazing potential and has thoughtful upgrades, but none of that matters if major items are broken and can't be resolved. Management has a sign that says if you have any concerns call and let us know...i called 2-3 times asking for a call back...all i got were emails instead. They asked if i was going to leave a negative review...it made me feel like they care more about the comment instead of the customer.

Very clean inside. Has everything for a family vacation. Owner is very responsive. Would love to stay again

Lots of space and pictures are exactly what you get. All the kitchen items you need to cook any meal you could dream up. Some road noise.

During the initial walkthrough, less than 10 minutes in the home, we noticed trash on the game room floor, two spiders, and at least five large cobwebs throughout the home. We contacted the property manager after a cockroach almost crawled up my leg and was told Pest Control would be out to spray indoor and out. When the lady showed up she had a Swiffer duster and said she was just there to remove the spider webs not spray. I expressed my disappointment with that and told her what the property manager said she would be doing. She just stared at me for a moment and then said can I show her the spider webs. I showed her all of them that I saw and she only got about 40% of them before leaving. We rented the property for 4 days, I stayed for 1. Within that 24 hours we saw three or four cockroaches, more than five spiders, and two grasshoppers inside of the home. I submitted multiple pictures and texts to the property manager with no response. The day after checking in I drove back home. I do not live with bugs in my home and I will not pay for the privilege to do so anywhere else. My father, husband, and children decided to stay so that we did not waste our money, however, I could not. I only came back towards the end of the reservation because I had to pick up my family. We will NEVER rent this property again or any properties managed by the company that managed this one. As a matter of fact, I do not believe that we will ever use VRBO again. Unacceptable and very disappointed.

Right by the town lake & park. Plenty of room. Well stocked. Good communication.
