Οι εγκαταστάσεις γενικά . Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και ανακαινισμενο.Ελευθερο πάρκινγκ οποιαδήποτε στιγμή της ημέρας. Το προσωπικο πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρέτικο. Τα συνεχή δρομολόγια από το ξενοδοχείο στη γόνδολα.

Ο συνωστισμός στον χώρο του σπα τις ώρες αιχμής και ειδικά όταν το ξενοδοχείο είναι γεμάτο. Θα ήθελα περισσότερες επιλογές στο πρωινό για χορτοφάγους. Μια μυρωδιά στο δωμάτιο πιθανόν από τα σιφώνια.

Staff was helpful, spa center was enjoyable, rooms were big and comfortable we even had 2 balconies with 2 different view. Breakfast was rich. It was definitely worth of money.

We have rented room for 5 however the kitchenware was for only like 2-3 people. They should mind this and add 3 more glasses, cups if checking in 5 people in a room.

закуската беше добра и вечерят също, десертите бяха на основата на кремчета с нишесте от детската градина с бисквитена торта и малко сладки под формата на бисквити.

В спалнята ни се чуваше някаква машина, която цяла вечер чаткаше много силно и през 1 минута тръгваше и спираше..нямашв как да се спи без тапи за уши. Басейна е много малък в съотношение с броя на стаите, които предлага хотела. водата с която миеха пода на стаите и коридорите миришеше на тиня и всичко беше напоено с този неприятен аромат. В стаите парното не се регулираше и беше много топло(дори на 0 парното продължаваше да работи.)

Fantastic hotel where you feel like at home, just more relaxed! Clean, clean, fantastic clean, white sheets, really white towels, too. Large space, big room. Excellent food, various, delishious, very, very tasty, more than enough! Location very good, we took walks to gondola, but you go by shuttle if you want! The price is very good! You have spa centre, pool with hot water, 32C, saunas etc… You can park in front of the hotel, very cozy. They are real host, i am very thakfull! Thank you, people from St. George!

Breakfast and dinners was excellent! Food overall was very tasty, great variety but was missing some good coffee and healthier options!

Coffee wasn’t good! Location of the hotel was a bit far from gondola!

I liked the views. Breakfast was nice. Free shuttle service. Spa facilities were busy but nice.

The single beds pushed together were uncomfortable. The bathroom had a funny smell (we didn’t complain but should have) No complimentary tea and coffee in rooms.

A large hotel with a large number of guests. The apartment in which my family and I were accommodated had a large entrance hall, a bathroom, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, and a large bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with all elements and cutlery, fridge, coffee maker... Excellent, large and spacious apartment with a terrace. The entire Hotel is heated 24 hours a day, and the apartment we were in is covered with underfloor heating. The food offer exceeded all expectations. Excellent and large selection of dishes with constant replenishment.

- Very small pool considering the large number of guests. - The maintenance, cleaning and changing of towels seems to be a small problem, because in one day we had cleaned one room, and the other one was left uncleaned, while the other day it was the other way around, and the same thing happened with the change of clean towels, even though there were 4 people, they were only changed for two. - A very small space in the lobby that can seat about 10-12 people - Very Small Entertainment Space for children with very few and very old games - Not polite behavior from one person in the restaurant. He was anxious all the time, answering with raised tone or just that anxious look. We reported to the reception, they apologized but next day same story, so we had to avoid the tables where he served. Also, other friends and people that we met in the Hotel were complaining about this person behavior.

Имаше телевизор, да, но не ми хареса това, че не беше в спалнята, а е в хола (аз без телевизор не мога да заспя) и дори нямаше хубава картина и избор от програми.

Curățenia lasă de dorit. Bazinul arhiplin și mic. Am luat o procedură în Spa și din păcate toate procedurile relaxante au fost executate în Sauna de haman turcesc. Era prea sufocant sa stai acolo 2 h

Totul a fost mai mult decât OK: condiții cazare, masă(excelenta ca și conținut și diversitate).

Nu e vina hotelului că accesul din partea populata a stațiunii(gondola+restaurante) se face pe un drum prăpădit printre hoteluri neterminate și balarii.

• Aproape de pârtie. • Micul dejun și Cina deloc bogate. Erau doar câteva feluri de mâncare, ceea ce este ok.

• În cameră mirosea a pipi constant, din cauza faptului că au probleme cu canalizarea. • Mizerie în cameră. • Pete de umezeală pe pereți. • Cabina de duș era spartă, iar toată apa mergea din baie, în dormitor. • Spa-ul DEZASTRUOS! Au 4 saune: Aroma Sauna (nu e nicio aromă, pun ei picături de esență, de o încălzești la lumânare), Saună Turcească (Doamne ferește! Miroase a mucegai, țeavă de bagă aburul era fix la un robinet de apă, iar când am vrut să dau drumul la el, am fost opărit de aburul ăla), iar celelalte 2 saune, una salină și una de 100 grade, sunt relativ ok. • Pe jos la dușuri, era inundație și îți crea un disconfort și o scârbă când mergeai să dai cu apă rece după saună. • Piscina horror! Mirosul a ouă clocite, apa rece. • Tacâmurile murdare.

The staff was great! Specially the restaurant Manager, I had my birthday and he made me a personalized cake with happy birthday decorations! Also reception on night shift was really caring and friendly! The food was great! The sauna was also very nice, the pool was a little bit crowded and dirty! The heat was great, the cleaning inside the room was okay!

Parking not regulated and also the view outside the hotel was not good at all like a abandoned building!

Totul. Camere mari calduroase , centru SPA la superlativ, mâncarea gustoasă, autobuz gratuit pentru schiori. Prețul avantajos!

The water in the pool was far too warmed, pool and jacuzzi not so clean, wet sauna smells bad, nearby area looks bad.

Όλα ήταν παρά πολύ ωραία, απλός είχε η πισίνα υπερβολικό κόσμο και ήταν το μόνο που δεν ευχαριστήθηκα, αλλά δεν έχω παράπονο όλα ήταν τέλεια!

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Even if there were no smoking rooms, it smelled of old cigarette and the couch and table were burned . Price list was not next to the minibar, and they charged me for teas, even if they stated in the description of the hotel that you have coffee machine in the room. In the normal countries, when they give you coffee machine with pads you can use it free of charge.

Стаите са големи, с изглед към планината. Топло е и интернета е много добър. Басейна е топъл, има и сауна, джакузи и солна стая, които са включени в цената на нощувката. Храната е много вкусна и богата. Има безплатен бус, който на всеки 20 минути извозва гостите на хотела към лифта и обратно. Определено си струва съотношението качество-цена. Препоръчвам хотела. Ние пак бихме го посетили.

Детската анимация може да бъде по-добра. Едно момиче да си играе с децата не стига. Добре би било е да има и детска дискотека.

Ωραίο σημείο. Πολύ όμορφο τοπίο γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο. Άνετο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Αξίζει πολύ το χαμαμ, η σάουνα και η θερμαινόμενη πισίνα για να χαλαρώσεις. Μεγάλη ποικιλία στον μπουφέ πρωινού και βραδινού (half board).

Όχι το πιο άνετο στρώμα και μαξιλάρια ( θέλει βελτίωση σ αυτό). Το φαγητό ήταν κατώτερο των προσδοκιών μου, κάποιες γεύσεις ήταν αδιάφορες και κάποιες πολύ έντονες και βαριές για τα γούστα μας.

Our whole stay was excellent! On arrival we faced a small error in regards to out booking. The reception staff was very patient, friendly and speedy on resolving the issue. We were then helped with our bags to the room and were treated to a welcome drink. The apartment we stayed in was extremely spacious, clean and the bathrooms were modernly renovated. It felt like home. When proceeding to the Spa, a lovely lady took us around and explained about all they offer- all inclusive and additional procedures. She probably took 15 minutes of her time to give us a tour of the whole spa, which was incredible. The pool wasn't too large, but it was large enough for everyone. Тhe all inclusive food was absolutely exceptional. We had a rich variety of soup every day for lunch and dinner, broad choices of main meals and amazing deserts. The included alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were also great. The restaurant are was super cousy. The all inclusive price was not of 3 incredible meals per day, but 4- breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. For food lovers I highly recommend. In addition to everything, they had a game room! Large table tennis, air hocky and more games for children. Last but not least I want to mention the area of the hotel. It is at a great, quiet spot only 10 minutes away of restaurants, bars in central Bansko. They have a large parking in front of the hotel, and an even bigger parking right beside the hotel. Free space for everyone!

The only thing I didn't enjoy about the spa is that there were no loungers around the pool, but they had chairs instead which was a decent compromise.
