Stunning views
The whole reception process was very shabby. Pass the Keys did not send me any instructions other that to tell me to go though their very cumbersome and intrusive vetting process. Their phone line was unanswered on all occasions and their messing service was manned by a robot. Whilst the property had amazing views, it was not cleaned properly. Having received no apologies for the poor service, I cannot recommend this company “Pass the Keys” to anyone.
