The entire property was great and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional.

I had a really bad experience and the only positive thing that saved it was the wonderful lady doing breakfast. She was really friendly and understanding.

My experience was a disaster. I got the “Deluxe” room. The room was not sound isolated as seen on the website. It was close to the front desk and I could hear the vibration of a phone box at the entrance. As I asked to change room, they put me into a cheaper one with only compensation by food & beverage. Would be ok if the food was not already included into my reservation. So basically for a 400€ extra-fee for the deluxe, I got a bag of peanut and two beers. The new room was also loud (and dirty), I could even understand the conversation of my neighbors. But I was to tired to ask again to change. The gym is a joke, just a small room with a few old machines that no want would like to use. Anyway, if you can avoid it, please do it. It is very expensive and you probably can find my better around.

The hotel is very far and the breakfast was very bad

The breakfast was very good. The recepcionist was helpful. The room was clean. Location is also good.

1) They withdraw CZK from your cedit card and their fixed rate is 27,50 CZK for 1 Euro. However, this is not a fair exchage rate. So, they withdraw a bit more than book.com says due to this high exchange rate. Keep in mind this. 2) They want to charge everything. I wanted to have hot water from the restaurant. The lady said I could get a coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant.. After I got the coffe, I asked whether they would charge two cups of coffee and they said NO. However, while checking out, they charged me for the coffee. That was not nice. 3) There weren't any hotel slippers and kettle in the room. After I paid for the coffee, I understood why they did not povide kettle.

Property has swimming pool and fitness center. It been too cold so we not use it. Wery clean. Staff is pleasant and cooperative.

Everything is OK.

Great location, metro and shopping mall in walking direction, but no street noise. Lots of bird song in the morning. Nice view from balcony both day and night. Super friendly staff.

Hallway mirror could use a light. Only usable light is from behind. Bathroom one had a light, but there is not enough room to see yourself in full length.
