We had a wonderful time staying at the condo! It’s centrally located and within walking distance to beaches and shopping. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need from cooking meals or going to the beach! This condo has it all! The complex is quite and everyone is so friendly. The owners of the condo were so kind and quick to respond if I had any questions. We will definitely be back!

I specifically booked this location with Perry and Barbara because I stayed here last year and had a great experience. This year was just as great! I will probably book it again the next time we travel to Maui.

Had a great stay at this property! They had everything we needed. Unit was very clean and quiet. My teenage daughter slept on the couch and said it was pretty comfortable as far as sofa beds go. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came to the island for some much needed relaxation. The amenities were great, very spacious, and had a great peek-a-boo view of the ocean. We wanted to be respectful of the owner and only used the air conditioner at night when sleeping, and kept the doors and air vents open during the day. However, this never cooled the down the unit... so we were very hot most days. Still, we had an incredible time! I would come back to this unit 100%

This condo was perfect for our return to Maui after not travelling for 2 years. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. All the comforts of home were provided. The beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. Easy access to the Kamaole beaches and nearby restaurants. We loved, loved, loved the lanai. A wonderful relaxing place. Perry and Barbara were so helpful with restaurant information and tips for things to do. The information on everything in the condo was easy to follow. We appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the condo when we arrived. They were responsive to every question we had. Excellent hosts! Thank you for sharing your Maui home with us.

I would recommend getting a car. While there are stores and restaurants within walking distance, it’s not practical.

We loved the location of the condo. It was close to our favorite beaches and restaurants. Very clean and nicely remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time—the condo was close to the beach, well equipped with kitchen things and for beach hangouts, and very spacious for the two of us. Perry and Barbara provided all the info we needed as well.

This is an awesome place to stay and right next to one of the best beaches! Barbara and Perry are super nice and the house has all that you expect. Great place to stay with family.

Absolutely perfect in everything. From the communication before arriving, the location and amenities of the apartment. Everything working perfectly, very well equipped and clean. Location is great with a nice big park for swimming and snorkeling etc right in front of the complex. Apartment grounds are immaculate with security circulating regularly. Highly recommended!

Immaculate condo, beautifully decorated/furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked with up to date appliances, dinnerware- everything we needed and more. The beach equipment- cooler, chairs, boogie boards, towels were in great condition. We loved the comfortable bedding and air cooler unit in the bedroom. Definitely recommend!

The space is exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach and then has a big lanai to relax on in the evening. Would highly recommend.

The property and rental was perfect. There was plenty of accurate information provided. It is located in a really great location with some resort amenities as well! The room was very clean when first arriving and there was plenty of space in the unit. The laundry machine in unit was a lifesaver! The patio was lovely and I was very happy with the space. Would definitely recommend!

We were really quite lucky to find this jewel in the popular Kamaole Beach area in Kihei. When we first arrived, both of my teenage sons complimented me on finding such a nice place. It was nicely but not overly decorated. After a whole day of activities, it was always good to know we can go back to a comfortable place to rest and recover for the next day. The unit is within walking distance to the beach and shops nearby. If you are into snorkeling or other water activities, check out Boss Frog's in the shopping center just north of the resort. They will take care of all of your recreational needs. Owner Perry was great in communicating with us before the trip. All of the information we need to know was sent to us before we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to my friends if they are visiting Maui in the future.

We had the most marvelous time staying in this immaculate condo. The owners take great pride in providing a home away from home that is equipped with everything one would need. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler this trip. Next time...the boogie boards! We relaxed on the Lanai where we were refreshed by the ocean breeze and a lovely view of palm trees and the ocean. This condo is a great base for exploring the island. It is near grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, shopping, water activities as the beach is right across the street, parks, great walking trails and yet maintains a quiet ambiance. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful. The description of this condo is for real! We will return to this lovely home away from home. To the owners, thank you so much for sharing your bit of paradise with the travelers of this world. It truly is a gift. Mahalo.

Location is near great beaches and dining areas. Condo was immaculate and quiet. Spent hours on the balcony in cool breezes. Would return in a heartbeat.

We found this home to be immaculate when entering. We had received excellent information from Perry and Barbara. Our expectations were met. They also provided helpful information on activities and restaurants. We were especially fond of Tommy Bahama's restaurant. The Kamaole Sands orientation was great and we loved the activities we purchased. The Ulalena production was wonderful. The aquarium was a delight as was the Molokini snorkeling trip. The beaches right across from Kamaole Sands are great fun. The only down side was that we needed separate places to sleep and although the living room couch was comfortable the nights were too hot. The bedroom AC worked great but even with an excellent fan, the living room AC did not do well cooling for sleep.

Returned to this condo where my husband and I stayed for a month this past June/July. It's just as I remember it from last year - clean, cozy, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and very convenient (close to restaurants, shops, etc., and centrally located on the island). And unlike a lot of other rentals, it has two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) - really important for us as my husband is heat sensitive. And the beach is just a hop, skip and jump away (maybe 5 minutes at most to walk there). That's where we spent many of our mornings. And the owners, Perry & Barbara, are wonderful to work with - always just an email away, with responses to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to family, friends, and anyone who is looking for quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Looking forward to coming back here again.

This second floor condo is clean, spacious and well-maintained. It has a beautiful, large lanai, a perfect spot for an early morning breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped. There are beach chairs, sun umbrella and boogie boards that we gladly borrowed. The owners were very responsive to our queries during the booking process. We liked Kamaole Sands resort; it has great amenities including pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts. The resort is located right across from a very popular Kamaole III beach, which was a great alternative to have - we could chose to spend a lazy day on the beach if tired from driving and exploring the island. There are also many restaurants within a short distance. Overall, it is a great property in a convenient location. If we stay in Kihei in the future, we would definitely consider renting it again.

We've stayed in Maui several times in the past, including renting a different condo at Kamaole Sands. The unit is clean and exactly as shown. We appreciated the beach towels, sun umbrella and boogie boards. Everything was in good working order, and the fans and windows keep the condo comfortably cool without the need for air conditioning. The owners were very responsive and courteous. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. However, there are absolutely no sundries available in the kitchen - we had to buy everything needed to cook, including any oils, spices, or other basics. In addition, despite the fact that we were staying for more than 2 weeks, there was only enough dishwasher/ laundry detergent and garbage bags for a few days. In previous visits to Maui, other condos we've stayed in have always been well-equipped with these items, so we found our accommodation this time to have less value. There is also some light traffic noise off the lanai at the back, and due to the design of Kamaole Sands (the bedroom faces towards the open walkway used by all residents on each floor) we were woken up a few nights by people talking as they were returning to their units. Not a huge problem for us, but worth mentioning for those who prefer a lot of quiet. On one day during our stay, Kamaole Sands conducted fire alarm testing. After a few hours of the alarms going off every few minutes (during which time we took a trip out to escape the noise), we asked how much longer the testing would be ongoing and were brusquely told by the Kamaole Sands staff they had no idea and it could be all day. While we understand the testing was necessary for safety, we were disappointed by the response from the staff since we wanted to plan our day and we weren't sure if we could comfortably spend any time in the condo or not. The location is close to Kihei and Wailea, the unit is comfortable and clean, but if you are looking for a truly peaceful getaway where you just show up with a your bags and a few groceries, this condo doesn't quite hit the mark.

I absolutely loved this VRBO. I had arrived to Maui and had a couple places misrepresented and were not to my liking so I booked this last minute and the owner was very accommodating. It is in the perfect location. It is clean, very spacious and right across from a beach where you can relax, play in the ocean or work on your tan. I used the Thommy Bahama chairs provided daily was perfect after a long day to sit on the chair feet in the sand drink in my hand and just take in the ocean and sun. It's a short walk down to stores and restaurants and a safer area of Kihei. I will definitely come back to stay at this property again. We had a wonderful time in Maui, staying in Perry and Barbara's condo. What a great location, across the street from the beach, where we enjoyed watching the sunsets. The condo is very comfortable, which is well stock with everything, you might need. The condo grounds are beautiful and the pool area is delightful. We especially enjoyed beginning our days with breakfast on the deck and ending the days with a glass of wine and sitting outside. It is very private and relaxing and we can't wait to go back for another visit.
