Too small for an apartment & no privacy.still not fully completed & swimming pool is quite dirty

-the location is near to the market -we dont need to make a deposit guarantee so the check out dont need to wait for a long time -nice and comfy

-there still no available wifi for the tv -and the flooring still a hit sandy (not clean cos its new)

The bed was small and very uncomfortable. So were the pillows. Check-in was a nightmare. They kept us waiting in the heat for 40 minutes. And also it was a construction side. It was very noisy and pool area was not finished.

New place, generally clean, quick response by host after payment was made online and superb view on the 23rd floor of the sea. Wonderful street food and night market nearby. On the contrary, area of improvement are: pee / foul drain smell coming from the bathroom or balcony and emitting into the bedroom, bathroom door knob wrapped with tape - lack of finesse, appreciate WiFi router to install beside TV in living room and not beside the bed near one's head, install peep hole on main door, install internal secondary lock inside apartment, anyone able to access to apartment floor where elevator key scan to apartment supposed to control access not applicable, rubbish are disposed all over the hallways - lack of cleaning culture to educate tenants (directional signage to rubbish bins may help), appreciate shower gel inside bath room but they are almost empty. Alot of litter around the external area of the property.

Facilities are not good. No access wifi. No acess tv.
