No breakfast is provided but there are plenty of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cookies. The flat has a fully fitted kitchen, wonderful bathroom, linens, towels, spotless! This is my second time staying there...it is my place when traveling from Gatwick.

It's extremely clean, loving our short stay at the flat. Perfect location if you have an early morning flight from Gatwick. We will definitely come back here for our next trip.

Very close to the airport, location is ideal. Kitchen and rest of the apartment is very well equipped. Excellent amenities with tea and coffee etc Really helpful and very clear instructions. Parking off road a huge benefit Tasteful decor and very clean

Amenities were fab and by no means a deal breaker but just a thought that a tea towel to dry the dishes would be useful

This is a very tastefully remodeled and beautifully, meticulously finished little apartment, which has been managed with care. It's been recently done so is currently in absolutely perfect condition, so I really hope future guests treat it well! There is a new, clean outdoor patio area with a bench as well. There are 2 new washing machines which work great (but only spin dry, so you still need to hang out clothes for a bit), and a stove, fridge, tea kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and plenty of kitchen utensils etc. The sofa bed is very comfortable, and was already set up for us when we arrived. The towels were of good quality. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood and the best way around would be to uber/drive or bike.

The flat itself is perfect!! But the walls and floors of this and the other flats upstairs are quite thin so noise travels easily (footsteps, talking, TV, etc). One way to dampen this a bit would be to add more soft surfaces for noise absorption (large rugs on floors, soft headboards, soundproofing squares behind TV). The walking trail to Gatwick... it's ok if you're with others, and don't have bags with you, but it's a bit small and dark and it would be hard to carry stuff through there. But it's a cool option to have!

The facilities exceeded expectations and it was the perfect place to stay ahead of our early flight

1 minor point, add the postcode to all instructions including your very helpful WhatsApp message to assist in directions for incoming taxis

Was easy to book this property, location was good easy to find and very clean

Need a clothes line to hang your washing-as there wasn’t one , otherwise all good
