I enjoyed the view from the roof. The restaurant nearby (Mayakita) was delicious. The pool was nice and the property had an overall peaceful vibe that I appreciated.

I didn’t like the large gaps around the door— we kept thinking someone was in our room since the noise from the staircase came right in due to lack of insulation. With that, we had lizards in our room. Lastly, no microwave, one roll of TP per bathroom, no TV in the bedroom, bad wi-if (as others have mentioned) and our room was not cleaned well. The mirrors and toilet were dirty. The staff was very nice and pleasant. However, the essentials were lacking and that impacted my overall experience at the property.
