Sarah who was looking after the property and our point of contact was always more than helpful.

It was in bad need of refurbishment. Not suitable for holiday accommodation, it’s designed for students and not holiday makers. There wasn’t even hand soap at any sink to wash our hands. The couch was flittered and there was a disgusting sewage smell coming out of the ensuite upstairs which also had a window that couldn’t close as the handle was broken. Only Sarah was soo helpful and sorted any of our requests we’d give it an even lower mark.

A bit far from town, one would need a car to get around. Couch a bit worn but comfy, a throw would have made it more appealing.

Bedrooms were spacious and the estate was quite.

The overall house was clean, but as the week progressed, quite a few appliances needed attention. Also, the furniture needs replacing, and the leather seats are falling apart. When we did raise an issue it was addressed.
