The room was over staff kitchen.. lots of noise in the eve.. room tiny.. old fashioned.. lots of holes in ceilings..

It’s a homely old school hotel and I really liked it. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Very nice staff. Good value for money. Good location. They gave us the second breakfast on the house which was very generous! Definitely recommend.

I can’t fault it.

Food was great! Bedroom comfy and clean. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely, particularly Barry, who was fantastic.

There was a draft coming through the windows when closed which kept banging our bedroom door which meant we didn't get much sleep. Heating was on, so we opened windows when we weren't in the room.

Everything was perfect

the location was very central. easy to get to any shops or restaurants. the hotel was easy to check in and out of. the room had a hairdryer and dressing table. house keeping staff were very kind.

the room has dust on the cabinets, the shower did not work properly (turn off while I was in it, water temperature fluctuated). there was hair on the bathroom floor. the room had very little floor space.

Service was amazing , Manager took special care of all guests in attendance for a family wedding, all staff were courteous and attentive. Luggage carried to the room . Ambiance and service second to nonw.

Only negative is lack of lift for guests with a physical disability or infirmity, but the quaint hotel will suit those that can climb stairs and are physically able.

The food was beautiful and location is good

The room was very outdated the bathroom was dirty with stains on the really old tiled floor and the big blind in the bathroom was all stains. The bed was hard as a rock not comfortable

Excellent breakfast, dinner and central location.

Breakfast was delicious and waiting staff were more than obliging. Location was top class. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond and I think are an outstanding asset to the hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel on one evening and it was delicious. The beds were super comfy and the room was cleaned to a very high standard and in keeping with all COVID-19 protocols. We felt very safe in the hotel at all times in terms of Covid regulations.

Shower had great pressure but temperature controls were temperamental on occasion running hot and cold

Easy access in Main Street. Staff very friendly too.

Room was a little tired and car park very awkward to access.

A lovely Georgian hotel in the centre of Tralee. Friendly professional staff, lovely food especially the steaks and chocolate brownies, nice quiet room. I felt very safe travelling alone. I intend to use this hotel as my "second home" every time I come to Kerry.

Breakfast was excellent, nice & hot, on hot plates 😁 Loved the brown bread 😋 Friendly, professional service.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there wasn’t any tea/coffee facilities in the room. Really missed my morning cuppa. But you can get very good tea & coffee from the bar at no cost.
