Close to bus stop and within walking distance of Wetherspoons White Lady, and shops. Quiet. OK for very short stay.

Very small room, bed against wall, had to put chair outside to make space for suitcases. Only one coat hanger, no hooks around room. Table lamp did not work.

Location was perfect for us. Between the airport and the city, on a good bus route. Comfy room. Very squeaky floorboards. Breakfast was available on the landing, containers of cereal. Milk was available in the fridge, also on the landing. No where to eat though. On a very busy main road with constant traffic noise. Not a problem for us as the bed was comfy so slept well.

Breakfast facilities. No where to sit and eat or even have a cuppa except sitting on the bed. Didn’t see the owner at all.

Location was fine. Not too far from the airport and not too far from the city centre. Suitable and regular bus service. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location, friendly host, clean, breakfast available. Car parking at rear of property. Clear instructions from owner on how to access.

Very small bedroom, tiny shower. A hook on bedroom door and bathroom door would be useful. Thin pillows.

Instead of relaxation this accomodation offers suffering. The windows were all up but the noise of the busy road in front of the house didnt stop all night. Because of this I didnt sleep at all during the three nights. The owner was very kind and helpful but needs to change a lot in the accommodation

Rita gave me an excellent hospitality very polite and friendly. She gave me suggestions for the trip and attractions and cheap public transport options.

Friendly and really helpful host. Great location both for access to the airport, local shops, restaurants etc. and access to Edinburgh city centre. Although a full breakfast isn't included, cereal, porridge etc. are, along with milk, available from to take back to one's room. Perhaps 'grab and go' options such as pre-packed croissants could be added to this selection in the future.

Nice and quiet easy access to city centre

The stairs up to the room . Was not nentioned when i booked . As i have athriris in my hips . Would never have booked . Never saw anybody to talk to about this .

Easy to find and adequate off street parking. Comfortable bed, good electric shower and decent sized towels. Very helpful host who greeted me on arrival and she showed me the entry key code system. Cereals and milk available on the landing for breakfast in my room. There is also a microwave.

Not knowing when I was booking that there is onsite parking, as the house is on a main road.
